A pretty good cruise - not our best cruise but certainly not the worst.

We went on this cruise to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We enjoyed it immensely mostly due to the staff on the ship. Our fellow passengers to a large extent did not fit our demographic. Fortunately, the Magic seemed to realize this and they set us at a table for dinner with other couples around our age. We did not drink much or order much alcohol on board because it was overpriced compared to some of the other cruises we have been on. The shows which often are a big draw on the cruises need a bit more... something. The major winner was the spa which was easily twice the size of the ones we've enjoyed on some bigger ships.

Good ports. Good food. Good staff. Good weather. Entertainment and activities were good

The dining room, Dean and staff was excellent. Food was very good. Shopping and the Lobby Bar with the Violin Trio was very good. The Arcade was over crowded and some machines were not working, No one to help with problems.

Probably the best vacation I've ever had and definitely better than my first cruise. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick cruise and a good time.

Was not impressed Big waste of money spoke to others and they were not impressed they had been on better cruises they have taken and told us not to be discouraged from taking another cruise

The cruise was ok! Nothing special. It was convenience that led me to book a Norfolk cruise as I live in Newport News Virginia.

Embarkation it was a little cluster because of the size of the terminal. Overall great cruise.

This was our first cruise and I was hoping it would be so awesome but it was really just ok. I don't know if I'll do another cruise but if I do it WON'T be on Carnival. So disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience! All the staff was very nice and helpful. The only complaint I had was our last day at sea was very rocky. But that is something to be expected. Can't wait to go again!

Embarkation and deabarkation lines and wait were too long. Not good for elderly. No bathrooms available until passed security.

Enjoyed all aspects of this cruise. Everyone on board was smiling and enjoying life and were there for all your needs. I look forward to going on another cruise soon.

Overall, the cruise was a wonderful time, and we had a blast. The last day people in our group experienced sea sickness due to how big the waves were and how rocky the boat was, but other than that it was smooth sailing the whole time!! Can't wait to go back!

It was a nice getaway have not cruised in a few years. Wish I would have gotten a bigger room with 4 adults it was tight

We enjoyed the cruise. My husband came home with COVID. He was sick for the last two days of the trip. The final day at sea was stormy and many people were sea sick including myself.

Cruise was great overall. Disappointed in the disembarking process.

Only take this ship if you live near enough to Norfolk to not have to fly in / hotel. If you do, there are MUCH better options.

I was on the magic back in 2016 and then now in 2023. It definitely had its issues both time. But the cruise director was terrible. Seemed like he didn't know what he was doing....

It is hard not to enjoy a cruise escape and I did. Disappointed in Carnival reduced quality of food.
