Review summary

It is hard not to enjoy a cruise escape and I did. Disappointed in Carnival reduced quality of food.

Buffet was good but often long lines. Main Dining room was a bit slow in service, although we loved our servers. Food quality was hit or miss. Meat including filet mignon was not tender. Enjoyed the shrimp cocktail and chocolate melting cake.

Enjoyed mini golf, hot tub closed too early for my liking.

Comedy show and some smaller venue musicians were a highlight for me.

Waiters were great, staff throughout ship were helpful and friendly.

Layout a bit confusing. Ship was clean. Showing its age with rust and faded metal railings.

Took cab to Malahaula for massage, lunch, cocktails and beach time. Went to Big Mama's where Gill treated us very well. Arranged massages for 3 of us at $20/hour, great food, free wifi, clean beach.

Went on Magic last May to Bermuda.ship is beautiful..layout was confusing..Buffet lines were always long.all in all.i learned I don't like big ships..been on 13 previous.
