Onboard Activities

They have great activities but i was not told ahead of time that i could not have my child in the pools or water park because he isn’t toilet trained. He had swimmers and still couldn’t even be held by us in the water park. That kind of thing should be posted and told to people beforehand

Unfortunately you did not read the FAQs at the cruise line's website. Many of the rules you stated aren't listed ARE listed there. Swim diapers are strictly for personally owned pools, no cruise ship or resort not even a hotel allows persons wearing any type of diaper in their public pools it's a health code violation with drastic fines and repercussions for the pool operator.

I have to agree with Michael. An adult should not have to be told a child must be potty trained to be in a public pool. It's common sense and common courtesy.

It shouldn’t have to be outlined in BOLD, it should be common courtesy and decency for one not to put a child in the water who is unable to control their bathroom breaks. Do you sit and use the restroom in the pool? No one wants to sit in another’s waste.. Sorry, but I have zero sympathy.

Appreciate your feedback. As others have mentioned, it is on website. My friend used “going on the big boat” as part of the potty training goal. It worked. The cruise lines can’t make you read everything, which is why they ask you to agree to cruise contract before you can print your boarding pass. Sorry this ruined your trip.

Sorry y didn't see the post about your child not being able to get in the pools are the water park. It is posted for all to see. My grandson won't be able to do so because his mother hasn't potty trained him yet. She will have to set it out on this cruise. Next time she too will listen. This time she will learn.

I usually just skim over the rules too.

The rules about your children needing to be potty trained are clearly outlined on the website.

I don't get sea sick so I don't need dramamine. Bieber as far as your child not able to use the pools/ water area, this is posted on line on the website.
