It was just ok. Will I go again? Probably. But I want what's advertised. I didn't even get my onboard credit! Some deal! The ship and their activities were nice. Next time I want a boat with golf available.
Very nice cruise. It went very smoothly. Our cabin was great. The ports were average. The it itenery was adjusted due to prior hurricanes. We felt the food and service were very good. The evening shows from the house entertainment staff were very good.
I went with my sister and made memories . We were the best hands at sea cruise met a lot of nice people in our group enjoyed being part of them my sister is a Pezz head collector and I am her enabler. I enjoyed the guy Ferrary‘s burgers and of course you’re pizzeria I took full of vantage of those areas your desserts were OK the one that was my favorite was the chocolate melting cake
Probably my first and last. Felt should have been offered a refund when original itinerary was changed, I also think it should have been discounted or on board credits given. I know another family that was upgraded to this cruise from a 5 day cruise. Paying less for their trip than I paid and also received free parking at the terminal, another $128:charge. Took a cruise because didn't want to go to Mexico and ended up having itinerary changed to having 2 ports there. My daughter had her debit number stolen at Cozamel and cleaned out her bank account. What's not to like!!
This was definitely the least enjoyable cruise I have been on. I think it would probably have been okay if not for the terrible service we received in the dining room and at the quick service dining areas. I am not sure if the dining rooms were understaffed or if the waiters just didn't care or if we were provided poor service because we had our children with us (compared to our service staff's other tables, who were all adults). Whatever the reason, it really put a damper on our vacation. We may try another cruise line next time after this experience.
What an amazing experience. Especially for this being our first cruise. I can't wait to book another cruise and take my kids next time. Setting up a sail and sign account is a must. Makes cruising so much easier.
This cruises was to be a gateway cruise with the grand kids, our daughters and their husbands, so getting everyone's schedules aligned was difficult and this cruise aligned with our needs. Overall it was a good cruise, especially for the grand kids however had it been just my wife and I we would probably gone with a different cruise line.
It was an ok trip. Was disappointed in a few things of the trip. The staff overall was friendly but didn't seem like they all knew anything you would ask them where something was or how to do something you either got 3 different answers or I Don't Know sorry. The Debarkation was horrible took forever to get through the lines and back out. Wouldn't go thru Port Canaveral anymore and would not definitely go back on this ship again.
I was switched to a less expensive cruise (Eastern Carribean to Western- $350 difference for the same stateroom ) 3 days before departure. After driving 4 1/2 hours we left Canaveral (Western cruises leave from Tampa, near my home) and then hit Cozumel, Belize, and Costa Maya, Mexico. We enjoyed the trip, but it was not because anyone went out of their way to make it better. We chose the ports of call for a reason. We absolutely did NOT want to go to Mexico. If I had cancelled or rescheduled, I would lose the money I spent. We would have been happy to postpone our trip to wait for the affected ports to recover.
