Too many young unsupervised children on board. We even saw large groups of them at 2:00 am. Very loud. Our room was next to the elevator. Children would run down the hall screaming to get to the elevator. We would hear it all.

Review summary

Other than the unsupervised children out way past curfew and the horrible disembarkation process, we enjoyed the ports and all of the crew. It also helped that we had one of the best cruise directors we have ever experienced.

They had some kind of incident which caused a 2 hour delay. Normally they have everyone off by 9:30 am. We finally went through customs at 11:30 am. There was a lot of people behind us. We carried our luggage out which is always fast. We had to wait in line while everyone put there bags through an X-ray machine. By far the worst disembarkation we have ever had. We will never go out of Miami on a cruise again.
