This was one of the best. I enjoyed myself.

Carnival had it's act together. Crew was great..young, healthy, and happy for guys and girls working 7 days a week 6 months with out a day off. The ship was always run perfectly, clean, and anything needing correction , real promt. On board activities were OK. Evening entertaiment, well let's just say stale..it momedians were poor, singers very poor, if it were not for the dancers who were great to save the day. Ship should either do a better job profiling people by age groups to either offer ships which cater to specific ages, or multiple entertainment venues for major age groups at prime times.

It was a very nice ship, the service every where on the ship was super!

The decorations were beautiful, our stateroom was very, very nice. The pools were great, and we loved the water slide.

This was my third cruise on Carnival ships. I was totally impressed with the improvements. The bedding was superior, especially the comforters. Having a robe to wear after a shower. Only one other cruise line offered this. The friendliness of crew and staff. Every one was so helpful and went out of their way to help. Officers, such as Ian on the Lido deck was especially helpful, the training of his staff was excellent. Everyone, from bus boy, deck hands, servers, chefs couldn't do enough to make our cruise the best. The staff in the dining room, the maitre 'd, his assistant, Ifo, our server, Singh and Hartawan were excellent. The shows were on par with Broadway. The costumes were beautiful and the talent was so professional. The salespeople in all the shops were pleasant, helpful and again, professional. Kathy in the Formal shop, Rick in the Jewelry store and all the others. I can't wait to go on another Carnival cruise. I haven't stopped telling people how impressed I was with your ship. Thank you for a wonderful week.

The ship was very clean and well maintained. Service in the dining room was excellent and the staterooms were very clean. There was very little to do in the evening (Dancing) except for one lounge and passengers brought their small children to the lounge and they were allowed to run around the dance floor while people were dancing. This was after 10:00 in the evening. Also, smoking was permitted in every bar and lounge on the ship. There wasn't one lounge you could go to before or after dinner that smoking was not permitted. The ports of call did not offer much entertainment or a variety of side trips. Riding around in a car for 5 hours looking at trees and banana plantations was not very exciting. The adventureous side trips were not designed for the major age group that was on the ship.

Our 14th cruise, and 3rd on the Legend. We had one major disappointment we feel Carnival could have handled better. The islands of St Martin and Barbados were both celebrating local holidays and nearly all the shops were closed. We should have been advised prior to sailing. Better yet, why wasn't the schedule modified to arrive at the ports in a different order? We arrived at the port in Ft Lauderedale at about 2PM to avoid the long lines and it worked perfectly. Our longest wait was less than two minutes. We just walked from station to station and were on the ship and in our cabin in less than 10 minutes. We suggest that you arrive very early or around 2PM. All boarding between 12:30 & 2:00 is difficult with most all the cruise lines.

This was my first cruise on carnival. I always sailed royal caribbean and the concensus is correct. Royal Caribbean is a classier cruise line, but if you're looking for a good time that won't break the bank. Than I would recommend Carnival to you. We cruised on Legend, which is the largest and fastest of the medium sized ships. The cruise was a bit rocky at some points, but overall the ride was great. I highly recommend making reservations at the golden fleece supper club, what a great meal, much better than the normal dinners there. The pools were a little crowded, but you didnt have trouble finding chairs if you got there at a reasonable hour. We sailed the 8 day southern caribbean. if you do this, you must go on the sea turtle and shipwreck excursion in barbados. the name of the catamaran was the wildcat III. it was fantastic. overall, we had a great time and I would travel carnival again.

Very nice ship in excellent condition and very well maintained. All areas were clean in very good condition.

The ship is older but very well cared for. The captain was very visible in the dining room, cafeteria and at the evening performances. This was a much better Carnival cruise than we had previously experienced.

We sailed on the 8 day itinerary to central america. Everything went according to our expectations.

the staterooms were the best weve ever had-the ships ovreall cleanlyness-and the beautiful decor-were exceptional!!!

Ship was impressive, very clean. I was surprised at the thorough cleaning methods utilized by the staff in the lounge eating areas. The food was abundent, varied and good. My overall observation regarding the trip is it was pretty much what I antisipated, no surprises, pro or con except cleanliness.

Many days at sea gave us an opportunity to meet and spend time with a group we had met on a previous cruise. Our stateroom was comfortable and had many closets which is welcome on an 8 day cruise. I must say the comforter on the bed was terrible. Unable to sleep under this much cover and in a cool cabin at night a sheet in not enough. There has to be e better choice.. The tours of the islands were enjoyable even though I had been there before but not on a tour.The Lido deck cafe was very enjoyable for lunch with it variety and many differnt areas of presentation of the food. The dining room dinner food choice were a bit limited and had to take the oprional steak on two occasions. Also there was usually a problem with the steak as far a mediaum rare is concerned as seldom done correctly/ It seemed that the waiter did a great job but had too many tables and did not give all the attention needed. Seened like a shortage of help.The cabin was alsways clean and service in the cabin great. The room service we requested one morning was terrible. For 2, we receive two smal danish on roll on juice and inusfficient milk for cofffee, This is not what I call a breakfast.The ship was always clean. the shows were good but not up to some other cruises. Seemed like they were trying to give something every night but lacked in presentation. Over all a good cruise but certainly could have been better with a littlel more planning

In gereral it was well worth the money (got a last minute deal). There were a lot of travel agents and special rate people on the cruise. Also I understood that it was only at 70% capacity (and still crowded). Few kids on this boat, and a lot of experienced cruisers. Food outside the main dinning rooms was only fair; feeding was 24 hours and a line all the time. Excursion were good and diversed. Entertainment was very mixed; many great shows, some very poor artists (the jazz band sounded and looked like a few college kids getting together for the first time and trying to jam together).

I thought the ship was beautiful. I didn't realize that the ship would be so big inside. It was my first time on a cruise and I was welcomed by unexpected surprises. Everything was kept so clean.

This was our first cruise, and Honeymoon. Everything was great, we were able to focus on spending time with eachother rather than making plans on a trip. While on the boat, it was already taken care of for us and the planned stops were great, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, and Tortola B.V.I. We now love cruising, will try Carnival again. The Cruise Ship is of good size that it sails calmly over the rough sea. Equipment and fixtures are well maintained, especially the whirl pool is exceptionally.

This was the largest ship I had been on, so I was impressed. It seemed well maintaind, The crew was friendly and helpful.

We recently cruised on the Legend of the Seas and had a tremendous time. Everything from the service to the organization was perfect. You couldn't ask for a better experience.
