we recently sailed for our second time but they need to do mor activities on the pool side i was espect this cruise better the my first one (was for royal c ) and they have mor fun in my first one

Ship was very good everywhere. loved the availability of beverages all day. The hows were great although the times were pressing at vtimes with other events ie dinner, other planned events etc. Sometimes bothersome with all the picture taking, although pictures looked great.Some of the excursions were a bit pricey for what you got. The staff was great. Probably the best i ever had. Thank you look forward to sailing with Carnival again.

I liked the ship and cabin but there are areas to improve.

I highly recommend this cruise ship. The wait staff and cabin steward called us by our names even when we saw them other places on the ship.

The ship was very nicely decorated. The stateroom was very clean and the oceanview was bigger than we imagined. Everyone on the ship was super nice and we had a ton of fun on our honeymoon.

The ship was very clean. The staff members are freindly and helpful. Enjoyed the adult pool area. The entertainment each evening was exceptional. The ladies in the jewelry store very helpful. The room we had was spacious and we enjoyed the balcony. Our travel agent was instrumental in our picking the best location on the ship. (AnnaMarie w/ 1-800-crusies)

Overall the ship was immaculate, the food was excellent, the bar staff were cordial and drinks were very well made. Service was excellent.

I was very impressed with the cleanlinness.The decor was beautiful. The ship seemed to be well taken care of. All the employees worked hard to keep it top shape.

We recently sailed on Carnival Legend. The ship (Legend) was fantastic!! The islands were great. The nightly shows were funny. We had a wonderful time

The ship was very nice. If you forgot something or just wanted it, you could find it somewhere on the Legend! The Casino and shopping were great!

This was the youngest ship we've cruised on and it matched (but not exceeded) our expectations. We prefer physically active vacations, so gym quality and availability was important for us. It was adequate. However, I like playing ping-pong on a ship, but the two available tables were so crammed that it was a torture to play. Quality and sophistication of dining was also important as the fine cuisine is my wife's biggest hobby, so we are not easily impressed. Some dishes were truly outstanding, but overall, quality of food was inconsistent and not above average. Buffet choices were pretty limited. The show dancers and singers were outstanding. The second show was the best we ever watched on a cruise. The group performing in the dancing lounge and on the deck (three oriental guys and a girl) was also absolutely awesome - highest quality one could imagine. We liked the visited islands very much - plenty of opportunities for land and marine exploration. Cave Tubing in Belize is the experience of a lifetime if you appreciate the unique, unbelievable natural beauty (though, we were lucky to reserve online in advance with a small independent company - Vitalino's cavetubing.bz - which made a huge difference). Our small group enjoyed royal treatment and much reacher experience for a smaller fee compared to the cruise and other larger independent providers.

The atmosphere was fantastic. The food choices were outstanding. The activities were superb. Oh, did I not tell you that the rooms are HUGE. Well, they are. The added special touches made you know you picked the right cruise line. The CARNIVAL LEGEND is in a class of it's own. Marble and leather everywhere you turned. 5 STAR plus 1 (6 STAR) Everyone should have an opportunity to enjoy such a wonderful ship. This was my best cruise yet. I have traveled on 5 other cruise lines and thus far, Carnival's new ships are out in front at sea.

The Legend is basically the same ship as the Costa Mediterranea, which we sailed on last year. The ship is in fair condition...external decks and woodwork were not so clean. Interior hallway carpets were dirty. Our cabin was clean and in good condition, with the exception of our balcony. We sailed to Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Belize, and Isle de Roatan, Honduras. My favorites were Cozumel and Roatan. Would have preferred a bit more time in each port, even if it meant one less port. It's always nice to have an evening in a port. Our waitstaff was top notch. Our waitress, Indira, was wonderful...bonding with our 5 year old daughter to make her cruise special. The service combined with the awesome dinners made our dinnertime memorable. Ship activities were so-so. The nightclub was quite lame during the evenings we stopped in. The casino was fun and staffed by friendly people. The classical trio who performed in various areas of the ship were very very good. Tired of the same hairy chest competition...need to create some new contests...maybe a worst sunburn contest.

We loved our cruise. It far exceeded our expectations, and the ship was modern, comfortable and the crew and service was faboulous! Will do it again whenever we can!

This was my first cruise, and wont be my last!! I really wasnt sure of what to expect, but this cruise indeed exceeded my expectations in almost every way. It didnt hurt that we had spectacular weather -- sun-filled days and moonlit nights and calm seas, and a great Western Caribbean itinerary for our seven night cruise on the Carnival Legend . We booked through Cruises Only (after I had searched several cruises on-line), and selected the Carnival Legend sailing out of Tampa based upon our departure date, the itinerary, and availability of flights from Boston to our embarkation port on a busy school vacation week! Once we had booked, I followed all of the Carnival site directions to pre-register, set up our Sail and Sign Accounts, etc and this truly made things easy for debarkation. Cruises Only recommended that we simply take a cab from the Tampa Airport to the Port, as it is a short ride , there is a flat rate of $22 per cab versus a per person charge if we opted for Carnival transfersgreat advice! I loved the Fun Day at Sea to begin and end the week it gave us a great way to learn our way around the ship, and find everything! During those days we lounged by the pool, worked out in the gym, and participated in a one mile On Deck for a Cure walk to raise money for Breast Cancer. We also enjoyed the big on deck party on Thursday evening!
