Was a nice ship, but due to the lack of attentiveness by the staff we will likely not sail with carnival again.

Our first Carnival cruise. The Jubilee is a beautiful ship, the entertainment was great, food was disappointing, staff was attentive, activities were fun. All in all I think we prefer smaller ships and a different cruise line.

Really enjoyed this cruise. Enjoyed the one show and the celestial string show. You must do Seaquest by Dr. Inks. Comedians were great also. Arrive 20 mins early for all shows for best seats. Bonsai Teppanyaki is dirty every penny!

Huge passenger ship but well managed. Be aware there is some wait times at some venues and elevator crowds. It is what it is.

We really liked Carnival Jubilee. It was a very nice, clean ship with lots of dining options. There were also plenty of comedy shows for people to watch. I would’ve liked to have seen them offer maybe daytime shows I just feel like most people weren’t attending the 9:45 PM shows because it was so late.

Love sea days and gambling. For you that do not go to the formal dinning (two nights) because you do not want to want to formal up there is another dinning room called C-Bang and offers small portions of wonderful Mexican and Chinese food for no cost. You can go there every evening if you want. You might order several items to fill you up. Wonderful staff. Sign up early for dinning on you cruise app at whatever time you want to eat there.

It did not disappoint in any aspect! This trip was 18 months in the making and worth the wait. The ship is gorgeous. The crew is amazing.

First off, the ship was beautiful, and ALL the staff were amazing! These concerns are not stopping us from cruising with Carnival at all; just something we hope will help the “powers that be” to keep in mind as they work through the kinks of a new ship.

The cruise was great and relaxing. We did what we wanted to do at our own pace and didn't feel we needed to do anything we didn't really want to. I would suggest booking your excursions at the ports with Carnival and not through . It is usually a little more expensive but their excursions seemed to be much more organized and well thought out.

Had a great trip overall. Only concern was the one at the Costa maya Port I mentioned.

Everything about this cruise was amazing. Considering it is a new ship and I was one of the first passengers to be on it, everyone worked so well together it seemed as if they had all been together for years!!

Go on this cruise asap! Wad alot of fun and an amazing experience. You will be pleased with the staff. You will have fun and your family will as well!

We paid significant amount of money hoping to get the best in class service but unfortunately it is below average. I have travelled in many other cruise lines Disney, RCCL, Princess; I would rate this journey the lowest of all. First of all, they did not deliver my bag to the room and after visiting guest services 4 times, they told me they put my bag on hold due to some new scanning rules. Well - apparently they forgot to notify us that they put this bag on hold. The food options are really limited. There is almost no choice of desserts in the buffet as well as formal dining. The servers in the breakfast area seem extremely rude and lie to your face (I have many examples; can’t write them all). The only reason I would give it a one star is because of the nice room service person - Raymond. I have him a very generous tip for his understanding and help to locate my luggage. The overall management is very poor. There are lack of good hosts. Everywhere there is only one person hosting the shows - the cruise director. At some point it became really boring as we saw her on every stage. All they know is how to suck money out of customers for all add-ons. I would probably never go in carnival again unless I pay half the price of what I paid for it :-)

Carnival Jubilee is a wonderful ship. We enjoyed every minute aboard her. The shows were very good. The food options and quality were very good. The abundance of pools was a nice surprise. Serinity deck was super nice. I would definitely like to cruise on her again in the near future!!

I have two more Carnival Cruises booked for next year and my husband wants to cancel. The adults behaved worse than the kids. People left trash all over the ship including the stairways and elevators. There were people arguing over the pizza, Lido area chairs and so much more. I am Platinum so I'm not new to Carnival shenanigans, but at this point we have been on so many other Cruise Lines...Carnival can just be on the back burner for now.

Overall this was an amazing trip I have cruised before several times this by far was the most amazing one ever.
