Review summary

Love sea days and gambling. For you that do not go to the formal dinning (two nights) because you do not want to want to formal up there is another dinning room called C-Bang and offers small portions of wonderful Mexican and Chinese food for no cost. You can go there every evening if you want. You might order several items to fill you up. Wonderful staff. Sign up early for dinning on you cruise app at whatever time you want to eat there.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Getting in the dining room was really a hassle. You got to check in before you go in and then you had to wait long while others who did not check in went in before you as they had to check in then. Other places to eat instead of dining room where great, but the buffet was a total disappointment with few choices and the food was not good.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Gambling was outstanding with plenty of slot machines and plenty of table games, but with the amount of passengers on board it was really crowded. All other venues were really good .

Entertainment

4 out of 5
They were great and exceptional.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
The stuff a bear was really outstanding for the kids, but many parents who brought children did not let their children go...it is a MUST for parents who brought their children.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Outstanding on all levels. They are worked to the bone and passengers should take extra money and reward them throughout the sailing, not just paying gratuity. I put $5 in each waiters' hands at breakfast, lunch and dinner and then at end my two stewards got $100 each and evening waiters got $100 each.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Beautiful. Must take pictures of all the wonderful special decorations.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Overall the cabins and balconies are smaller than the older ships and do not put loungers on the balconies, which is not good. BUT the two best improvements are the showers that are 2.5 times as large as the old showers and the luggage goes easily under the bed and the closets are completely empty so there is lots of storage. No life vests in the closets, they are ready for you at the muster stations when needed.

Ship tip

Get a cabin on the outside with a view. Inside cabins are cheaper, but you always want to be out of it. The Jubilee is so large that there is little wave rocking which I really like when sleeping. Even in slightly rough seas there was little rocking.

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

Very restricted and all the old areas are not there anymore.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico Did not visit port

rough seas and could not dock the ship, another sea day which I truly love.

Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

way too small and they cut out large areas that had the poorer vendors that do all the amazing crafts.

Disembarkation

Priority people got great waiting areas and when they let us leave early whe had to go through the people that had to carry their own luggage to get off early ... way too many people at the same time and crowded way too much
