Kids had a blast and loved all the ice cream. We enjoyed all the fun activities throughout the day. The app was really easy to use. Only felt crowded on sea days. Our only complaint was the food. It was just ok.

Had a lovely time on the Horizon's Havana area. Will definitely book there again when sailing on the Horizon, Vista or Panorama. The Vista class ships have some great pros and a couple cons, but in general nice ships. The service was excellent which makes for an enjoyable cruise on most any ship. Cruise on!

We stayed in the Havana area, and loved it. It was a very relaxing, no-stress vacation. Cruise employees were very kind and helpful. Enjoyed watching the energy of Joey, the cruise director. Great job!

The ship it self and the destinations were amazing. The ship was easy to navigate, had some really great spots to relax and have a drink and meet new people. My only gripe is the Marketer Cruise group. They had a group of about 500 people and they really took over the ship. Kicking people out of areas, being a nuisance in the dining hall at dinner and overall just rude. It really tainted some of our experience but we did our best to enjoy the ship and the beautiful ports of call.

We had so much fun on this trip. We got to spend time with friends old and new and make new memories.

Overall a very good cruise. Would do the cabin again.

Other then Carnival not having any solutions or sympathy for the obstructed room view, especially with this being our 3rd cruise with them, the rest of the cruise was very enjoyable.

Love Carnival Cruise Line even though I was not happy with this ship it is not stopping g me from cruising again. The other thing that I did not like was the Elevators and people who don’t follow directions on how to use them!

Overall I was very please. Casino was great except the smoking. I had to put my cloths outside to air out. Won a bit. No real complaints.

Great way to end one year and start a new year!!! A new year cruise is excellent! The party is off the chain and a memory to last a lifetime!

Carnival not for our family. Great for young partiers.

Once on the ship we enjoyed ourselves, weather wasn’t great and sea was a bit rough but this can’t be helped. We enjoyed the food and many activities aboard. Horizon is a nice ship, this was our first sailing on a vista class.

Great cruise. Great ports. Great food. Great staff. Fantastic room steward.

Excursions were great. Food on boat not great sometimes not good.

Nice newer ship! Step up from other Carnival ships. Ports were great. Would have liked one less sea day and maybe another stop. Would have preferred only one stop in the Dominican. Our room steward Kadek needs some serious training though.

total cauos at the port. traffic was stopped everywhere. had to park 4 stations away from our loading area and carry all of our luggage with us. by the time I got to finally boarded the ship, I was already to go home. very BAD experiance!!
