Kitchen needs a serious lesson in hospitality. Family of 6, 4 would get dinners other 2 would get theirs within 10 minutes. Served raw lobster, black rolls, crispy steak. Multiple times went without water. Daughter got bacteria from raw clam linguini not fun.

Got off ship at 4pm. Can not control the weather but definitely could have been told it would be hours as opposed to being led to believe it would be 1 to 2 hours.
