The ship it self and the destinations were amazing. The ship was easy to navigate, had some really great spots to relax and have a drink and meet new people. My only gripe is the Marketer Cruise group. They had a group of about 500 people and they really took over the ship. Kicking people out of areas, being a nuisance in the dining hall at dinner and overall just rude. It really tainted some of our experience but we did our best to enjoy the ship and the beautiful ports of call.

Overall the food was really good, especially in the specialty restaurants. The main dining room was beautiful and the service was great - some of the dinner choices were not the best. For example Turkey dinner while cruising in the Caribbean with 98 degree temperatures was an odd choice. There could have been a bit more variety as well but overall the experience was still a good one.

Water slides were great as were the pools. Only complaint there is that there needs to be more than just two pools. I have been on other Carnival ships and the lack of pool or water feature on the Serenity deck on this ship is a huge miss.

Make sure there are no large groups on board. We had a group of 500 that took over a lot of the spaces. They were rude and entitled and disrespected to the rest of the guests on the ship.
