Great cruise with wonderfully beautiful and scenic ports of call. The Ocean Suite was roomy and comfortable. The cabin stewards. The cruise director kept it interesting on the sea days with his wit and humor.

See above. The food was subpar and poor quality. The pools are not ample and dirty. The activities for teens limited. The Comedy was good and the staff super friendly. This is more of a party cruise in a cheap way but the price too high for the value.

Tons of fun, great first experience. We will change a few things at booking next time.

This cruise was my third and the first for my wife. She as I loved the cruise except La Romana it truly was a dangerous and scary place. Between the poverty and the hurricane damage and the military presence. GUARDS EVERYWHERE. Oh, not to mention the fact the excursion bus a week or so before we were there was hi jacked and everyone was robbed. This place needs to be removed from the list of ports before someone loses their life. Very disappointed in this being a carnival stop.

Over the trip was great my family and I enjoyed it and will consider carnival once again for a future cruise.

It was a good cruise. We enjoyed it. Food was good. Staff friendly. Cabin steward was the best.

This was my 5th cruise. Carnival Horizon is the nicest ship I have been on so far, but in my opinion, the entertainment at night was lacking compared to other ships. Overall had an excellent time for my daughter's spring break trip.

One of our parties couldn't make the trip on the day of embarkation. Carnival kept our money and didn't allow us to use the second room that we paid for. I feel that they should allow us to use the room that we paid for or refund that room charge.

It was the worse waste of money. I should have gone to another cruise. The kids were wild, fights broke out multiple times, security didn't honor the curfew and let them run up and down hallways keeping people up all night, the food was awful so get food in the countries they send you to, don't bother with the paid food because not much better. Carnival should be embarrassed and I am a fool for cruising on this cruise line.

Cruising is always fun. Overall I did have a great time. I answered the questions they ask to review and I’m being honest. I have been on many cruises on all the cruise lines and different lengths of time. This is the very first time I have reviewed something in a bad light. Maybe this was just a busy time for the staff. (Spring Break). But I know they are trained well for times like this so idk.

This was quite an experience for me - first cruise. I had fun just walking around and meeting others on the ship. I took my granddaughter with me and she had so much fun. The crew members were awesome and Jacke Tang was very interactive with the events - awesome time. Thank you all.

The cruise experience was average. I was force to eat a few times at the specialty restaurants which did no disappointed me. Was the highlight of the trip. But this is because the main dining experience is loosing its quality and is becoming a casual "fast" food restaurant, like Chilis or Applebee's. I put the word fast in quotes because there was nothing fast about it. It took them 30- 45 minutes to serve you the first plate. We just came off from a pandemic and I think Carnival did not learn nothing from it. The room walls were full with dust. The main dining tables don't have a table cloth and you only have one fork to eat, so you have to place your silverware flat on the table. My server swap my plate that I already start eating from it, to another guest. Luckily the other guest, sitting in the next table, noticed and return the plate. Come on Carnival, how is this possible??? Then you read in the news that 300 guest got sick in a cruise ship, now we know why!!! Last time I cruise with Carnival was more than 10 years ago and I got exactly what I paid for. I assume I have to spend more money for a better cruise experience. I felt like flying on Spirit airlines.

I've been on 5 Carnival cruises and this was by far the worst. Absolutely no evening shows like one would expect. Seems like dining room was short staffed so dinner ran long, plus many dining mistakes and the dining room food was poor.

Over all it was a great cruise, there were a few things that irritated us. But all in all we are already looking at the next cruise to come!

It was ok. I've had better with Carnival but overall we were able to rest and relax.

Well worth it! No real complaints. Love that they are offering new shows finally.

Loved the cruise director! The shows were good. Not a lot to do other than trivia during the day. The comedy shows were good. Deal or no deal is a must

We had a great time and enjoyed all of Islands we visited. Will definitely be booking more.
