This cruise was my third and the first for my wife. She as I loved the cruise except La Romana it truly was a dangerous and scary place. Between the poverty and the hurricane damage and the military presence. GUARDS EVERYWHERE. Oh, not to mention the fact the excursion bus a week or so before we were there was hi jacked and everyone was robbed. This place needs to be removed from the list of ports before someone loses their life. Very disappointed in this being a carnival stop.

Everyone on board was on top of their game, friendly and all smiles even when dealing with Karens. Cookie was amazing. Wife loved listening to him. Our room Stewart I Nengah was the absolute best and wife was amazed he remembered her name. We would set out for breakfast and the room was made up when we returned. Our waiter Cid and his staff were great as well and always greeted us by name.

PERFECT. Low close to water so we saw wildlife. Cabin Stewart was the BEST (I Nengah). I can't stop talking about this guy. There when we wanted (Never Needing anything) and as friendly as anyone ever was. He also remembered our names which was amazing with all the people he delt with.

If you go hungry or get bored its your fault. There is always food there and fun to enjoy.
