Review summary

This was quite an experience for me - first cruise. I had fun just walking around and meeting others on the ship. I took my granddaughter with me and she had so much fun. The crew members were awesome and Jacke Tang was very interactive with the events - awesome time. Thank you all.

I had one of the best room steward Bernil on 6 AFT. Very professional and always doing his job. On the other hand, I had one of the worst host (Elizabeth) at the Mederian restaurant on Deck 3. She was rude and very unprofessional. However, another host Vanessa was courteous and helpful - assisted me with the dining app as it was not working on my phone. Instead of assisting, Elizabeth walked away as she saw me step off the elevator coming towards her. I am a Social Worker and I took this time to get some rest and this was my first cruise so I was very excited and sad to say, Elizabeth was a turn off for me.

Bernil and other staff maintained the room. I was appreciative of the animal figures created with the towels. Nice touch.
