It is not necessary to bring coat, and ties unless you want to and then only for elegant night, which I gladly skipped and enjoyed their nightly buffets that were very good. Eat and enjoy, the extra 4 pounds came off after a week back in the home routine. Yes, they serve lunch the day you leave

Go out on Roatan! We booked 2 excursions thru carnival & 2 thru cruisesonly.com we enjoyed the cruises only excursions better. Felt that we got more bang for our buck & told more "local" info. We will always book our excursions thru them in the future

Late dining is better because you get back from excursions etc. too late to get ready to go to the dining room for dinner

The Serenity deck was unavailable due to broken elevator. We had confusion for access to the pool and sunning area involving elevators while unable to climb stairs and use a scooter. It would take another week on the ship to figure it all out!

Go to the Lido Deck for breakfast I think the breakfast food on the Lido deck is better then the breakfast food in the dining room

The best place we found for our breakfast was the buffet had every thing and was fresh. we did the breakfast in room the first 2 days and it was fine, but did the buffet the other days and was much better.

no long lines for food at any time. Dining room is proper as to you get served like in a restaurant. Most buzzing place on board is the casino area where it looks like every body walks by.
