This was my 4th cruise with Carnival, and likely my last. The food was mediocre, the ship shows age, the cheers alcohol package is total crap. I had 4 margaritas in a row and asked the bartender if they were putting any alcohol in the drinks, he asked if I had the cheers package to which I replied yes, he said the alcohol is from a different bottle if you have the package. People- I believe they water down the liquor for the cheers package. A couple days in, I realized this after drink upon drink and still looking for a buzz. Once I realized this, I drank beer the rest of the trip. They can’t water down pre packaged beer. I spoke to different guest about the package and they had the same experience. Jamaica was great, we didn’t port in Grand Cayman due to the weather, Cozumel is beautiful but over ran with junk dealers. Our ship hit another ship with attempting to port at Cozumel- they attempted repairs until around midnight and took off for New Orleans with a hole in the ship. The ship wreck was to the dining room we used, so- that was no longer an option. Due to the bad liquor practices, the ship wreck that delayed us about 7 hours and rough seas for 3 days I couldn’t wait to get off the ship.

Will never sail with carnival again, second time one this ship and both was a huge disappointment.

Most of the staff were good. The ship is not. Don’t recommend.

Overall cruise was wonderful. Glory is a good clean ship.

This was my first time being in New Orleans I usually just past drive pass. It’s so much history here. The Glory is a nice ship the staff and crew was excellent. The Cruise Director Cookie was Great this was my second cruise with him. The first time was when the was traing to be a cruise director. Great job. Cookie reminds me of Dr E a little. It hard to put in words since I have been here 3 times an Cozumel 6 times. Every thing was good

Once again carnival gave us a great time. If you want fancy then you should pick another cruiseline, but if you want a fun relaxing vacation at a good price then carnival is for you.

Overall, we really enjoyed our cruise. Would definitely go back on the glory.

Except for Cozumel excursion, we were very disappointed in the ship and the entertainment. Last trip on Carnival!

While we were spoiled by the Carnival Dream & the service we received waiters and waitress went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and like royalty. The service on the glory was terrible and they almost made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them. .. I would HIGHLY recommend Carnival but would warn everyone DO NOT GO ON THE GLORY ! I felt like I got ripped off ! Where like I say service was so good on the Dream I felt like I needed to tip more and felt like I had a great vacation. Plus there were no maintenance issues with the Dream or if there was it was so well hidden that we didn’t notice it.

Overall, it was a decent experience for my 1st cruise. If I take another, I will choose a different ship for a more peaceful setting due to the maintenance needed on this one.

Our first time on the Carnival Glory. Very nice. Cookie was wonderful. The staff was wonderful.

Fantastic! Best choice I could have ever made. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

I was able to relax and enjoy doing things that was going on, on the boat.

Would love to cruise out of New Orleans again and on the Glory. Would not do it over the thanksgiving holiday again. Very enjoyable and relaxing time.

Okay. Not enough activity for older people. Geared for young singles and the cruise director was not entertaining but loud and obnoxious.

We really enjoyed this cruise. I think people tended to overreact when it comes to their reviews of the ship.

There was 12 of us total in our group with ages ranging from 9 to 60! We ate too much, played too much and laughed way too hard! The Glory and it's staff worked their asses off all week while the ship was at max capacity! My family and I had no complaints at all!

DISAPPOINTING AT BEST! WISH I WOULD HAVE CHOSE ANOTHER CRUISE LINE!

The cruise was very relaxed. There wasn't long lines for anything which is very different than the last time we were on the cruise. Embarkation & debarkation were so smooth, great job to carnival on this! Main dining room food was great, lido buffet not so much. Plenty of entertainment on the ship. Casino was decent size and was busy most days. Interior room was nice and worked for us. Most people on the ship were friendly and acted like they were glad to be there. Would definitely sail the Glory again.

The cruise was fantastic, going again in November 2020 to Belize. I prepaid my gratuity. I wish more people would realize how hard the workers work and feel their gratuities are well earned and deserved.
