Dirty room, dirty towels. Complained to Guest Services. Nothing changed all week. Saw Steward twice all week. Complained again to Guest Services and requested a refund on our prepaid tips. Went back to our room Saturday night to find that we had NO hot water to cabin and none for the rest of our stay. Asked the occupants of the four cabins across from us AND on both sides of us as we were waiting to be called down for leaving on Sunday morning and they ALL said that their hot water was working fine. I waited 60 years to go on my first cruise and this was my experience. So disappointed that I spent all that money for what I thought was going to be a nice balcony suite.

Excursion to 7 Mile Beach. Very disappointing! Carnival people were put in chairs about 6 rows back UNDER A PINE TREE. I felt like I was at a trailer park. Can’t believe that they charge to go to such a thrown together mess.

Carnival Magic is an excellent ship. Very organized and clean. Try it we loved it. We didn’t like the Glory either.

Sorry you had a bad experience. This is an older ship sailing from a secondary port, so the cruise lines tend to not put as much emphasis on those ships. A newer ship will usually be a better experience.
