Overall a relaxing cruise. The crew and staff were friendly, informative and outstanding in service. Being a smaller ship, restricted movement and areas to walk. If the evening meal was much better, I could have considered rating the Freedom with 5 stars. The evening meal (dinner) in the main dining room must be improved.

Had a beautiful time with my daughter and family .did a lot of walking and sightseeing at the ports. Excursion was interesting and learned so much about the islands.enjoyed the shopping and many travelers we met.There was barely any rough traveling on the sea.

It was a major letdown. There wasn't much to do on board, the food was bad, they penny and dimed us, added on $80 per person at the end of the cruise in gratuities, and wouldn't compensate us any when they gave my husband food poisoning, which caused us to miss a day going out to Nassau, the first island we stopped at. So much for a relaxing and enjoyable honeymoon!

We enjoyed the ports and of course the dining but the entertainment on board was a little lacking for a family with a toddler. Most of the entertainment we would have enjoyed was at the comedy club but it had age restrictions or at the piano bar which its a bar. We spent a lot of our time onboard walking around because there just wasn't anything we could do with our toddler.

Had a fun experience, but it's not like it used to be pre-pandemic. Felt like staff was stretched too thin to provide the quality of service as before. Meals in dining room were small portions, lower quality food items. Never felt pampered or special during cruise.

Cruise itself was ok but will never use carnival again.

If this was my first cruise i would never want to cruise again. However, I understand things happen. Lesson learned is i would always check on the age and size of the ship. I get what i paid for. I chose this cruise for the ports as they were ports i had never been to. I then chose dates and price. This fit all three of my categories. If I were to do it again, I would look for a newer and larger ship so it would not seem as crowded and chaotic.

Overall, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this cruise as we celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary. We had perfect weather and seas the entire trip and we couldn't have asked for more.

This was our first cruise. We will be sailing with Carnival again. We had the best time ever.

Terrible cruise, horrible service worst cruise experience. Dirty pools, food was awful, staff didn’t seem to want to be there other than the late night MDR.

Great time with a great director. Just a few small areas that hurt when you think about how much you spend.

Horrible internet service, paid $75 to have it and couldn't get or keep reception Rip off! Also, not enough help at guest services, the lines were always long. I had to down grade my ratings for the staff, because it increased the overall rating. Very SAD the staff and our room attendants were AMAZING

This was my second cruise, my families 1st. It was a good vacation. I wish the ports of call days weren’t back to back. It would have been nice to have a day at sea break. Kids are older and loved the circle c activities. Food was good and the carnival app was really helpful.

Great time was had by all. Already looking forward to the next cruise vacation.

I would not recommend this cruise during spring break. Too crowded. Rules not enforced to pool seats and terrible disembarkation.

Carnival is a great cruise line. We enjoy every vacation we spend with them. This cruise was no different. We ate, we drank, we laughed, we made memories, and we had fun!! Isn’t that what every vacation should be about?!

The room steward and waitstaff were great. The lack of knowledge from on what carnival rooms include was TERRIBLE. We were advised by SHERI ZAWISLAK along with the description on website that the room we booked (the ocean suite) had a bathtub which was of the upmost importance as we were bringing two littles who were afraid of and too young to shower. We were ASSURED our room had a tub but when we got on....no tub and NO solution from carnival.

The cruise was boring, not fun at all, 2 small little pools, the layout in which the buffet is designed is horrible, lines were so long they went into the walkway and merge with other food lines (the sandwich place or the sushi place), and constantly been bumped into by people walking by! the wait times for dine in dinner were absurdly long, and once we did get seated and the wait times for the food to come were 30/45mins most days. Most The activities on the planner were not activities at all, they were mostly invites to come buy something; “a bracelet, a gold chain, a luxury handbag, a watch, a t-shirt, etc” they activities that were up there like some of the trivia’s we attended didn’t even happen. Why? Because no one hosted it, no one showed up, no announcements, just wasted time! And this happened on multiple trivia’s, I don’t understand how music being played and a bar or lobby is considered an activity!? It shouldn’t even be on the planner as this should be considered background music like or passing music, if people want to stop by and enjoy the music fine, but don’t add it on the planner as an activity. I feel like you guys didn’t know what to do and just put in some fillers on the planner…this ship needs to be retired! If I could do it all over again I would not spend my money with carnival! When someone takes time off the everyday lives for vacation and away from their families, we except a certain type of type of service. And my cousin Jason nor myself received this expectation at all…I was really looking forward to visiting princess cays and Freeport was a disaster! We waited almost an hour for a taxi to the local beach. Just to be told we can only stay at the beach for 45mins to an hour because that’s the way the tour is set up. I was over this trip on the 2nd day! I saw soooo many people complaining to guess services and their own bad experiences, it actually felt good to know I wasn’t the only one! for this to be my first vacation with carnival I will never spend my money with carnival again, Royal Caribbean from here on out!

I cannot wait to cruise again! I would recommend going with a small group if you enjoy company. My wife and a couple of friends of our had a blast.
