Review summary

Horrible internet service, paid $75 to have it and couldn't get or keep reception Rip off! Also, not enough help at guest services, the lines were always long. I had to down grade my ratings for the staff, because it increased the overall rating. Very SAD the staff and our room attendants were AMAZING

Sent us down to the theater crowded there too, sat and listened to people complain that the Diamond or Platinum people should be let off first and not put with priority or suite guests

Cruising during spring break is rarely a good idea. The Internet service on any cruise ship is never good, unless they have upgraded to StarLink.
