This was my second cruise, my families 1st. It was a good vacation. I wish the ports of call days weren’t back to back. It would have been nice to have a day at sea break. Kids are older and loved the circle c activities. Food was good and the carnival app was really helpful.
Embarkation
2 out of 5
Long, delayed and just mean employees yelling at us for our boarding pass at every turn.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Food was good. Lines were LONG.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Main Pool was way too small for the amount of people on the ship. Adult pool was pretty crowded too.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Bingo and Deal or no deal were fun. Comedians were hilarious. Quest was also entertaining. Gabe is amazing at his job.
Children's Programs
4 out of 5
My girls loved the Circle C activities. It was challenging for our girls to do activities with a family friend who was too 1 year too old for circle c, so that was challenging for her to be left out and not wanting to go to the older group alone
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our room steward Dirga was so kind and patient with us when we were still in our room. Darma was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we got shot glasses from the first night that we missed. Marlon was such a friendly waiter.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
Older ship decor. Hard to get around dining rooms having to go up and down decks to get around. I was shocked at how much movement we felt on the ship. The last day at sea was really bad, but waters did not appear rough.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Tight quarters for 4 people. I really liked the bunk bed feature.
Way too long. 1 person scanning sign and sail cards was not enough for the amount of people exiting. The escalator “police” were rude. Facial recognition for passports was awesome!
I’m surprised you complained about the ports being back to back. Aren’t you the one who picked that cruise.? There are many many other cruises that have sea days in between,
Someone needs to do a bit of research… Almost every ship I have been on the AFT (Posh on this ship) main dining room does not have a direct route to it. And deck 3 is the only deck you can not get to the aft elevators/stairs to get to that dining room.
