Review summary

The room steward and waitstaff were great. The lack of knowledge from on what carnival rooms include was TERRIBLE. We were advised by SHERI ZAWISLAK along with the description on website that the room we booked (the ocean suite) had a bathtub which was of the upmost importance as we were bringing two littles who were afraid of and too young to shower. We were ASSURED our room had a tub but when we got on....no tub and NO solution from carnival.

That's too bad about the lack of a tub. I read a description as "tub/shower", however It took a minute to find a YouTube video on Ocean Suite 7258 which showed only a shower. The gentleman giving the tour said "we were supposed to have a jetted tub but the rain fall shower made up for It". It seems like the configuration info isn't being disseminated to agents rather than one specific agent's failure. Glad the tub issue didn't ruin all other aspects of your cruise... cheers

Bad experience. The food was ABSOLUTELY terrible and I got extremely seasick. The staff was friendly, but directions from the staff was poorly relayed to passengers.
