A lot of people in a fairly small area were handled expertly. There was always lots to do and the staff were wonderful.

cold meal is regular, polite personel.

6th cruise and one of the best!

do not take the excurision on tortola ON THE CATAMARRAN...wE FOUND IT A COMPLETE THEFT OF OUR TIME AND MONEY.....SQUISHED INTO THE WORST PART OF THE BEACH WITH A loud boom box PLAYING, ONE WWAS UNABLE TO relax AND ENJOY...tHE TRANSFER FROM THE BARGE TO THE CATAMARRAN ON THE RETURN TRIP WAS SO DANGEROUS THAT ONE STEP BROKE AND ONE PMALE PASSENGER (i have photos of this) FELL INTO THE WATER AND ALMOST GOT KILLED BY THE PROPELLER UNDER THE BOAT.....wE TRIED TO TALK TO THE cOURTESY dESK GENTLEMAN TWICE BUT HE PAWNED US OFF ON THE eXCURSION dESK...WHO CALLED ONCE, LEFT A NONSENSICAL RESPONSE AND WE NOW CARRY THIS ripoff WHICH RUINED AN ALMOST PERFECT TRIP. please respond back to me so i know that somebody actually read this and cares.....thanks so much.

pretty average cruise. nothing stands out too much good or bad. disappointed in the children's activities.

We cruised on the Carnival Freedom last year and we loved it. The friendly service, the good food, and the great shows were totally enjoyable. After 2 years, though, you would think we would have learned our way around the ship! Maybe next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise from beginning to end. We were informed all the time. The entertainment was outstanding and I am looking forward to going again on the same ship. The Cruise Director and his Assistant were very good and very entertaining.

AWFUL FOOD, BAD SERVICE.

Room was hot entire 6 days and asked to have serviced three times but no one ever showed up. Ship very very confusing. First ship out of 7 that I have not been able to figure out. Food was just mediocer. Security needs to be reevaluted. Only positive is it was a clean ship.

The ship was very clean, and the staff were A-ONE! The shows were great and the food was fantastic! What more can we say?

The ship was very nice. The employees were great...and a lot of fun.

We had an outside stateroom with a window. Even though it was on Deck 1, Riviera Deck, it was an excellent room with lots of storage, 3 large closets and plenty of storage in the bathroom.

The ship was beautiful, the entertainment superior. Just seemed to be too many people. Hard to find a deck chair. The pools crowded with children. No one supervising the hot tubs to keep children out. The weather had the adult area in the front of the ship closed due to high winds.

Ship was very clean and fun. Serenity deck was hard to get a seat due to people "saving" chairs but not using them. Kids still hang out in the adult only areas. Waiter service in the theater was really bad. We had to go outside to the bar to get drinks even during the frequent travelers get-together. Loved the steakhouse and sushi bar.

We recently sailed on the Carnival Freedom for the first time. We were disappointed with this cruise. This is our seventh time sailed with Carnival, but this trip was as not as good as our prior experiences. This ship had about 3500 passengers, but the lobby is much smaller than the other Carnival ships. The level of services were really down. Our waiters have to handle so many tables in the dining room, so they didn't have time for greetings nor social gesture. We requested early dining seating because my husband has diabetes. Yet we got the late dining seating. Our first night the service was extremely late. We finished our dinner way after 10:00pm. They gave us the dessert menu after most of the people left the dining room. The second night, they asked us to move the table with not polite at all. We were asked to show our card as if we were sitting in the wrong table. Then they asked us to move to another table. When we asked her if we moved for the rest of this trip or only that night, her answered was so rude that we had to find out by ourselves.

The ship was new and very nice but cleanliness and quality of the food was below average.
