Review summary

Ship was very clean and fun. Serenity deck was hard to get a seat due to people "saving" chairs but not using them. Kids still hang out in the adult only areas. Waiter service in the theater was really bad. We had to go outside to the bar to get drinks even during the frequent travelers get-together. Loved the steakhouse and sushi bar.

Breakfast service in the Posh was so bad I often had to get up and get coffee refills for our group. The night Matre'd was great and always made us feel very special. We even saw him helping on the Lido deck in the morning. I don't think he ever sleeps. He does amazing public relations!
