Our first cruise really e hours it. Looking forward to another one.

Our experience got better thanks to Carolina, hostess at the Chic Restaurant, and our cabin steward John. They made our first cruise a very pleasant journey. They should be recognized for their excellent customer service skills. I know they will be very successful in their endeavors. RECOMMENDATION: They should give the announcement and do the safety drill in Spanish as well since the cruise is departing from Galveston, where is Hispanic community is VERY LARGE. My parents were not able to understand anything they were saying. They said they will not take a cruise out of Galveston by themselves due to the language barrier. There is a lot of people that think the same way.

mostly a very good cruise, prices on board were some what high and was disappointed about the amount of shops.

Overall a great time. Ship was clean, food was good and staff were friendly and attentive. Loved the beaches at the ports of call. Was not impressed with the ship decor, layout, or entertainment. I would cruise this itinerary again but on the the Carnival Freedom.

On the first two days of sea, we scored by discovering the covered cabanas on the Serenity Deck (11th floor)--you have to be 18+ to be in this area). These allow for partial shade and a bit more privacy than the lounge chairs. It's quiet and the perfect place to read, nap, sun, and have quiet conversation. There's only 6 of them, though, so you have to get there early (before 8 am) to get one. These really made our days at sea relaxing and prevented us from getting too much sun. It's also a great way to escape from the loud music and noise of the main pool area.

Had an excellent time on our cruise. Staff was wonderful! Service was wonderful. Only negative is the air conditioner in our room was on the fritz and we couldn't get a fan.

Loved the excursions. Pleasantly surprised by the price match guarantee for excursions, and checking on line they did have the best prices. Our excursion to the mainland from Cozumel was by a ferry and not by tender, so worries about a choppy trip from other reviews were unwarranted. Beginners scuba at Don Foster's on Cayman Island was our best excursion to date. More coral and fish than I have seen before. Secret River in Cozumel in an underground cenote was a close second. Great ship if you like to drink and gamble, but not the right ship for us. My son is 18, and no social activities for 18-21 year olds. The on-ship entertainment was fine, although not as extensive as on other ships we have been on. Staff was excellent. Our Posh restaurant servers Lelix, Nono and Anak were first class, and made us feel very welcome. Our room steward, Joaquim, greeted us by name every day and our room was always perfectly made up.

Overall I loved my cruise. With the exception of the Cayman Island and the disembarkation process, I had a fabulous time. This is my second cruise at the same ports and I learn something new each time that will improve upon my next visit. I had a wonderful time and plan to make to this a regular thing. I have encourage my family to go with me to make it a better experience. No one can do it all even in seven days so I see why people go to the same ports more than once. Carnival Cruise Lines has the best customer service ever. I never felt slighted or ignore by the staff on the cruise. There were nothing but smiles and they make you feel like family. I look forward to cruising again in 2020.

We had a wonderful time. Meet many people from different parts of the USA. Food was good and service was even better. Our room was clean and tidy.

Overall a great experience, staff were friendly and everyone enjoyed themselves. Only negative, missing items from my daughter's room and getting from the ship was terrible.

When getting off the ship the communication is not very good, it stopped after when they told us that we were waiting for the clearance personnel to board and start disembarking. Then there was another cruise ship come into port and start offloading and our ship came to a stop due to an emergency and still no communication. If you weren't off the ship before the emergency then you were stuck without information and no lunch.

Great vacation and very relaxing with a lot of entertainment

I liked everything except for: - high gratuity ($90 per person is ALOT!!!!) - rude stateroom steward - poor Embarkation/Disembarkation experience

Great family getaway. Carnival experience was as expected and we will be back.

This was my first cruise and it was absolutely amazing! I look forward to going on the next one, that's how exciting it was! The staff was phenomenal and they deserve all of the recognition for making sure that over 2000 were satisfied at all times!

Nice family cruise. Granted it was Spring Break, but there were a lot of youngsters on the ship. Best food ever all around. Too much motion on this ship. Rockiest ever.

I will do another carnival cruise. Staff was great. Food could be more vegetarian friendly. Overall great experience.

Overall a complete disappointment. Was very excited for the trip and I would have to say the crew made it one of the biggest waste of monies I have ever done in my life. Do not go on the Freedom!! Stay as far away from this ship as possible if you are looking for a good time.
