Overall a complete disappointment. Was very excited for the trip and I would have to say the crew made it one of the biggest waste of monies I have ever done in my life. Do not go on the Freedom!! Stay as far away from this ship as possible if you are looking for a good time.

Got the cheers package and seemed like the drinks were watered down. Not to mention the waiters and barternders treated the ones with Cheers as second rate citizens. You would think if you paid the extra money for Cheers they would treat you better...no. they treat you like garbage.

The Head of the restaurant was about as rude as you can get. I had to go and ask him a question prior to dinner and he treated me like I was a moron. I was never on the ship prior so there was a lot of questions I had. the problem with this ship is all the staff has an arrogance about them, and they have some of the WORST people skills I have ever been around. Complete disappointment!

Rooms smelled bad. The room across from us must of had water problems that leaked in the hall. Overall it seemed like the ship was filthy. Really disgusting.

Must have sailed on a different Freedom than I did. Love Freedom. Going on her again in December and again next August. I will shed real tears if she ever leaves Galveston. I love that ship. I would live on that ship if I could. ❤️🛳❤️
I took a week long cruise on the Freedom and my experience was just the opposite! Ship was a little dated but very clean and relatively easy to get around. As far as a bad embarkation and not knowing what to do..get a drink and or go to your room, if it’s ready. Just relax!! The staff was EXCELLENT. Never treated less than at any time. My advice is take the Freedom! O e week after we got home, booked my second cruise on the Freedom, again, AND the same room again!!
Sounds like a troll... no cruises (including this one that is being badmouthed) is listed. Anytime someone tells others “do not go ...!” rather than state their reasons, has no credibility. Check out their other review on Belize- 1 Star because they don’t like tenders... Silly, stupid review...
