Review summary

When getting off the ship the communication is not very good, it stopped after when they told us that we were waiting for the clearance personnel to board and start disembarking. Then there was another cruise ship come into port and start offloading and our ship came to a stop due to an emergency and still no communication. If you weren't off the ship before the emergency then you were stuck without information and no lunch.

Confusing for a first time cruiser. Could have had someone explain some of the things that we will be doing and not expect everyone to know what to do.

Dining room was good and some of the entertainment during dinner was not needed because it made some of us uncomfortable and the servers uncomfortable because they didn't understand some of our music.

Enjoyable. When you were able to find them. Mintuer golf, ice carving and the war pools on the serenity deck.

Our state room steward was exceptional, his name was WAWAN. He was very concerned about me when we came back from an excursion and I was sick and he checked to see how our day was and my husband let him know that I wasn't feeling well he was worried and was willing to go and get the doctor if he needed him to, and my husband let him know that I just needed the darkness and cool room. The room steward was relived when he saw me he was happy to see that I was Ok.

There was someone always cleaning and that is a good thing. In other areas like the casino areas need smoke eaters or exhaust systems so the smoke is not so heavy that it can make someone sick or trigger an asthma attack.

If you are someone that doesn't like your picture taken at every turn or wanting to spend a lot more money watch out.

Our tour guide Kerry did a wonderful job keeping us entertained and engaged. The Dune River Falls guides also did a great job and we enjoyed every minute of the day.

Rushed,rushed and then when every slow heading back from seeing the stynray that we could have spent it seeing or able to send a post card or two from Hell like we wanted to.
