Casino employee & manager was rude & refused to acknowledge that a machine that I & my husband was on was not working correctly & after a 15 minute argument they only refunded my husbands money but now mine even though we had witnesses around us that explained to the manager that both machines was using was broken. We felt like the manager & employee was accusing us of lying for a refund. 'Not to mention we spent over $600.00 in the casino' over the course of our 7 day cruise!
