Great family getaway. Carnival experience was as expected and we will be back.

Embarkation

Uber driver took us to an open bay, porter gladly loaded up our luggage and whisped them away so we could smoothly proceed through process. All went smoothly. Once onboard, we were pleased to find loungers available to enjoy amd had bags delivered as promised. No problems.

Main dining room (servers, kim, eko, and ???) we exceptional every night. Chefs table was a memorable experience for our family. Unique dishes with amazing presentation. Head chef was so endearing and thoughtful. Especially when we saw him afterwards on our cruise. He made a point to make recommendations and even serve us himself. Such an amazing chef!

Astika helped us with every single request promptly and precisely. Magicians were fabulous! Mohammad and ?? Kym was a fabulous customer service manager. Great people skills.

Loved having the serenity option. Spa facilities were nice and clean. Drop the sales pitch after massages though. Kills the mood.
