In short- Only book on the cruise line's site for the actual cruise, because they will have the correct information about amenities, etc. Don't book excursions through the cruise line.

Carnival is a lower cost cruise line, but nearly as nice as the more expensive ones. The ports for this itinerary were nothing special, but we enjoyed relaxing and eating!

Carnival has change a lot since I first began sailing with them (15 Carn. Cruises) and they seem to have gone down hill! I will not cruise them again for any reason! we were actually told that 74.5 degrees is satisfactory for a room temp. and that if we wanted "Good Food" we should go to a Specialty Restaurant!

housekeeeping did a great job at keeping the room clean. the 2 beds inside the room were moving. is there a way to insert a queen size mattress in the room versus puttting 2 twin beds next to each other? there was always a gap between the two beds

Emma was an incredible cruise director. She was full of zeal and made each day exciting. Her team was amazing always making sure everyone was well taken care of. We were very impressed with the Cowboy comedian he even came out and helped i.e. worked the team during the Cruise for St. Jude. - Very impressive team

This was an amazing cruise. I think this has been my favorite cruise so far. Emma was the best cruise director. The fun squad had loads of energy.

The trip itself was wonderful but I'll never book on the Freedom again. We were given a $300 room credit for all the issues but I really don't think that was enough for the amount of money we paid.

Overall this was a really great 1st family cruise. Each of our excursions were well planned and easy to get to. The cruise director Emma was a hoot! She was dressed for every occasion. The meals were delicious and we had an amazing wait staff.

Get involved and have a good time. Go to as many shows and gaming events as possible that will open you up to meeting new people and enjoying your cruise the most.

The cruise was great but we were lied to about the onboard credit we would receive. I even called from the boat and nothing was done about it. I will not be using cheap cruises again.

We really enjoy cruising and have been on several carnival cruises in the past. We were disappointed that the overall service on the ship does not meet other ships out of the same ports standards.

Overall awesome. I do want to give Emma, the cruise director, a thumbs up. She was the best cruise director we have had. She was always smiling, always happy, funny, she was everywhere, and she knew how to get the crowd pumped. She was such a good cruise director and made our experience a thousand times better. The cruise was probably the roughest I have been on. The boat was rocky at times, but we still had an awesome time. Loved the Dive in movies and our Cruise Director Emma was the best.

Fabulous crew and staff! Good times and memories made. Relaxing. Ship was difficult to navigate and all the common areas were crowded.

This being only our second cruise, we were eager to embark. Couldn't help but compare to our first cruise. Even though there was a change of itinerary due to a passenger's health, we were very satisfied about the way Carnival Cruises handled things. We were not inconvenienced at all. Only complain is about entertainment. Great shows, but kind of repetitive. Overall, great cruise. Will recommend to friends and family!

Had so much fun on the Carnival Freedom, the ports were lots of fun, will be booking another cruise in the future
