Review summary

The cruise was great but we were lied to about the onboard credit we would receive. I even called from the boat and nothing was done about it. I will not be using cheap cruises again.

I’ve never used cheap cruises. I usually use a TA or PVP, but I’ve been seeing a lot of complaints on here about them.

I always book with Cheap Cruises. Next cruise we got our gratuities paid plus onboard credit. Never had an issue with them.

OBC needs to be on your paperwork from carnival or the travel agent you booked it though if it's not on your paperwork and not on your account it's likely you will never receive it this happened to use once ..now we always assure it's on our paperwork before we leave as proof as they are not going to take your word for the credit .

When we booked a cruise with OBC, we received it. It comes off of what you owe. If you changed your cabin or wanted a lower price if you room price had dropped, then you don't get it.
