Review summary

Carnival has change a lot since I first began sailing with them (15 Carn. Cruises) and they seem to have gone down hill! I will not cruise them again for any reason! we were actually told that 74.5 degrees is satisfactory for a room temp. and that if we wanted "Good Food" we should go to a Specialty Restaurant!

The Food was the Worst I've ever had on a Cruise and I've been on over 50! In the buffet line for breakfast, they TRIED to toast a piece of bread and it took 2 tries before I gave up. How do you burn a piece of toast by putting it through a conveyer belt toaster is beyond me! The food in the dining room was never warm let alone hot and it was dry and very small portions. The service was good though. All the the Drinks from the bar were good and the Beer, cold and refreshing!

Cruise Director Emma is the BEST I've had in over 50 cruises. The Comedians were AWFUL, not funny at all and should have stayed home! The Singers and Dancers were somewhat entertaining

Neat, Clean, and Roomy. We don't utilize a lot of the Room Steward's talents on Cruises so but he and his team were OK! We had an Air Conditioning issue that took 2.5 day to fix!

We explored Ambergris Caye which was Fun, Expensive but fun. Belize City was just an average Cruise Port with not a lot to offer us!

We ALWAYS enjoy Cozumel. My wife got a GREAT 90 minute massage and we enjoyed the Bars/Restaurants just outside the Pier!

I was on this same cruise. It was awesome, the comedians were outstanding, or at least I thought so. I ate in the MDR and Lido Buffett, both were good with me. My cabin was comfortable and I really like the mattresses Carnival uses. I been cruising with Carnival for a while and have really enjoyed every one of them, so much I'm heading back in March on the Vista. Can't wait to go again.

I have been on 13 Carnival cruises myself. And from the first to the last. I've had a great time. I hear and see complaints almost on every one. Cant please some people. If you are looking for perfect, of course not. But if you are determined to enjoy and have a good vacation. You can definitely do that. All my cruises have been on Carnival. I have 4 booked in the near future and will continue to enjoy Carnival. You can get more I'm sure on others, but pay more. From a 4 day Bahamas to a 15 day Hawaiian cruise. There was always new things to do and see. Relax! Make the effort to enjoy and you will.

IF, and that’s a big if, you have actually been on a number of cruises, you didn’t invest yourself in this group by listing them. That leads me to think either you are a troll who’s lying about the cruises, or you just joined the chat group to whine, complain, and badmouth Carnival. Either way, I have no use for your “review”...

Starts with 15 Carnival cruises then states I’ve over 50 cruises and shows he/she is from somewhere but has only one cruise on profile and not Carnival. I give no creditably to any of the post.

So sorry that you had to experience dissatisfaction, ,we hadn't cruised with Carnival over six years yet found the Conquest to be quite enjoyable!

If the temp was not cold enough you should of insisted they they adjust the temp we had a warm cabin after it was adjusted by the maintenance it was fine .. you need to follow up with things your not happy with it's a small issue that happens and can be fixed .. Who would tell you to go to the specialty restaurant for good food ? I don't believe this for one minute.... All meals are served the same size if you ever had a tour of the kitchen you would see the amount of food they serve in a short period of time is amazing however if it's not hot then send it back !!! if it's not enough then ask for two meals or two entrees you can have what you want when you want !!! We're very happy with carnival and our 25 cruise we have had so far ...any small issues we have had have been solved at the first phone call ... no good coming back then complaining and spoiling your vacation ...🤷🏼‍♀️
