Review summary

Emma was an incredible cruise director. She was full of zeal and made each day exciting. Her team was amazing always making sure everyone was well taken care of. We were very impressed with the Cowboy comedian he even came out and helped i.e. worked the team during the Cruise for St. Jude. - Very impressive team

Loved my Zumba class led by Lele. It was a great experience. The DJ - JD was amazing. He always had a great playlist

We loved Francious he was a great host at the Punchliner. We loved William Lee, Jim Brick and The Cowboy. The Cowboy was such a hard worker - he helped on the Lido deck during the cruise for St. Jude. He did not have to, but he loaded and unloaded boxes and sold t-shirts

Rahmi was a an amazing room steward. We are lucky that we have had her as our room steward for our past two cruises.

Our air conditioner did not work for four days. It was extremely hot and miserable. Everyday maintenance worked on it. And people even checked on it everyday, however it took about 4 days before it was fixed. The room temp was 74.8 degrees for 4 days.
