Overall I would say my cruise experience was awful. The only good parts were getting off the boat for the excursions and the entertainment we did. For the money we paid for this cruise it was not worth the money. This vacation turned out to be more work than vacation. Standing in long lines for food all day and pool side chairs were impossible to get and taking stairs and waiting long times for elevators was not what we paid for. I am said to say I will probably never get my husband back on a cruise because of our experience. This was our first and most likely our last cruise. Out of 7 days we were able to get a pool side chair while our kids played and swam we got to relax and watch them 1 whole day due to the number of people on board. After complaining to their customer service we received a "I am sorry" and that is it.

It was a good cruise for family and friends. We all enjoyed ourselves.

We had the most wonderful time on this cruise and will definately be cruising again.

As always, Carnival was awesome! We've already booked our next cruise!

Hoping my next cruise will be on a different ship . Hoping the Carnival Dream fixes some of the issues I mention for other guests.

Enjoyed my 7 day cruise and every port, and the employees on this cruise were amazing and unforgettable.

There are not words enough to describe how wonderfully Carnival met every need or request and beyond. Everyone of the Carnival crew that we came in touch with were so friendly and seemed to love their jobs which was so apparent. We were treated like a loved and welcome part of the Carnival family (and not like a customer) even though this was only our second Carnival cruise! We rode the elevator down with the Hotel Director who was very friendly and inquired about our comfort and needs, wow!! And he really seemed to care! In every land hotel we've been in we have never been asked that by anyone above the position of counter clerk. Chris, the Flying Scotsman, was so entertaining and informative!! Rafael, our stateroom steward (deck 8) was super friendly and smiling always! Leonill and Sumerwan (Scarlot waiters) were such attentive and friendly waiters. The Assistant Guest Services Manager, Dev Kirty, sent us a personal note inquiring about our comfort. I didn't get the name of the name of the sweet lady who walked around the Lido/Gathering restaurants and welcomed everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, every meal with a sweet smile and a "Have a Great Day", "Enjoy your meal!", "Good Morning", "Good Evening", whatever time of the day she was smiling. She was always so Happy and Friendly!! Thank you, Carnival Cruise line, for the best time of our life! This cruise was to celebrate the 50th anniversary (7/19/1968) of our marriage (though we didn't announce it) and it exceeded our expectations!!!

One of my only complaint was how expensive the pictures were, had a group of 8 people so had many pictures and the prices were just outrageous to purchase more than one photo for budget. My favorite part was getting to take all the pictures, but the packages and individual prices were way too much when considering what I spent on mine and my partners cruise already. Also prices of beers too expensive

We will only cruise with Carnival. If we have a bad experience of any kind it is few and far between. We loved being Premier Casino Club members and had a wonderful time losing all of our money. Okay, maybe that part wasn't so great, but all in all, you can rest assured that we will be back.

Overall it was a fun time. I think I prefer a smaller boat and more intimate experience.

We had a great time, the beverages were overpriced but delicious. Our beds were the worst part. The staff was amazing and always smiling and helpful

I can't wait til next year to take another one !

Not bad for 7 days. Just didn't expect such a loaded boat and crowds.

Very nice cruise, lots of food and a very clean ship, weather could have been nicer but Carnival doesn't have much to co with that.

We loved everything about the cruise, except the cool weather (which can’t be controlled), and the smoking allowed inside the ship. It was disappointing in this day and age that they allow the employees of the ship and cruisers to be subjected to this health hazard.

Great trip despite the weather would definitely cruise again.

Carnival was recommended to us by friends, other cruises offered more dinning, staterooms were small. Staff was great that was the best part of the entire cruise.

We loved our first cruise experience and we can't wait for the next one. It was a very relaxing week, full of fun and new experiences.
