We had a great time, the beverages were overpriced but delicious. Our beds were the worst part. The staff was amazing and always smiling and helpful

You can ask them to make it softer. They'll give blankets to put under your fitted sheet. It does help.

I agree, beds are the worst. We like a soft bed and have a memory foam mattress topper, so we found the beds much too hard.
