This is the first ship where we were not asked to wash our hands odor use sanitizer. Most of the time, the sanitation area was not working. The staff felt over relaxed and appeared like they were just going through the motions. It seemed like an extremely new and unsure of what the jobs were kind of environment.

Overall it was an excellent cruise!!! The comments about the entertainment - that was my opinion about the ones offered however, if I don't care for a particular show or entertainer, I will simply find something else to do so I was not being critical. I'm there to relax so I can just as easily sit on my balcony and be perfectly happy!

We loved the cruise and it met our needs for relaxing. Loved Spa. People seemed to be on vacation.

Second time on Dream. Staff was just as great. Boat was clean.

Staff was happy and friendly. Need to keep bananas in stock. Too much water on deck, had a couple of slips around the waterslides. Prefer to see more low sodium options.

I love to travel on Carnival Cruise Lines. I have traveled on other cruise lines and find them to be not as fun. I like how they try and make every day a fun day. I have never have a problem with enjoying my cruises. The food is ready times the same each time I go but I feel that that is OK since I don’t cruise every day. I am enjoying a little screws to it. They have a lot of entertaining people. Made accommodations are always clean I could not pick a better vacation. That is why I go at least once a year.

Enjoyed the cruise. Our steward Crisantos was very appreciated. I wish the buffet stations were better but dining restaurants were excellent! Liquor and drink prices ridiculous. Overall great experience.

We had an amazing time. No complaints at all. We are thinking of taking another cruise, just haven't decided how long and which destination.

I was with 3 family members on this cruise and we all agreed this was a great cruise - the weather was perfect and the water so smooth you could barely feel the movement of the ship. We all love the Dream and even though we have been to all the stops several times we always find something new. It would be great if you could add another port so we had to spend less time on the water. With the 4 of us we have at least 150 cruises so we are seasoned travelers and hope to do several more with the next one being this fall.

This was my first cruise, and my wife’s second one. From her tales of her first one, this did not meet the expectations I was hoping for. And she even said it was not as great or fun as her first cruise. I also heard many negative comments from other passengers aboard on everything from service, pools and tubs, to dining hours. The elevators were constantly messing up, skipping and bypassing decks, forcing people to wait sometimes 15 mins for a elevator or take the stairs, or even grab one going up, just to be on it when it goes down and vice versa.

Although not the best nor not the worst, it was a fun getaway on a “Fun Ship”. Entering and leaving processes are streamlined and very efficient so the standing in line process is minimized. Entertainment is just OK, food is just OK, port of calls is just OK, activities is just OK, met a lot of nice and interesting people and overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable cruise.

I will not sail on Dream again Problems with food and a lax medical staff were unacceptable

Carnival nickel and dimes you to death. We bought an All inclusive liquor pkg and they still charged us for the tax in New Orleans until 11pm the first night. It wasn't that much but "All inclusive" should be just that. They should eat the cost when you pay $860.00 for a liquor/beverage package ($5.16 for one of us and the other was around $10.00). Also, water is included but DON'T dare get a bottle when exiting at a port. That water cost and is not included in your "All Inclusive" package. Now that is just WRONG. Its water- seriously. I only wanted one bottle. Gratuities are pre-charged on the beverage package and we had staff at our table 2 out of 7 days. The other 5 days we waited on ourselves (7 of us). I guess once they have their tip money and beverage money there is no need to wait on you (money savings by not serving anything). They did wait on us in the Comedy Club- great service there. Everyone in our group had the same thoughts about the service. On a scale of 1 to 10 we rated the food 3 maybe a 4 and that's pushing it, entertainment = 3, long lines for food= 2, bed= 8, service 2, elevators...SLOW!!!!!! Last time Carnival gets my $$$$.$$

Would not do this cruise again. Way too much at-sea time. In general, just a mediocre cruise.

We are excited to book a future cruise and learned a lot from this experience.

We'd taken the Dream from New Orleans one year prior, and we were happy to return to it for a different itinerary.

We were very pleased with all aspects of the cruise. Even though we did run into a few hiccups at times, customer service was very responsive and all was handled extremely well which is why we give the ship, staff, and overall experience an excellent rating. I can't imagine a vacation, especially with 5 people, not having a hiccup here and there. If it's handled well then that's a positive in my opinion.

We took the family on a cruise to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. There was enough variety to satisfy everyone. It was a wonderful trip.
