Review summary

We loved the cruise and it met our needs for relaxing. Loved Spa. People seemed to be on vacation.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Excellent. Arrived at port 11:15 and walked on board.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
MDR early dining. Service was outstanding, food was average. Lido always crowded and lots of folks. Great burgers and rubin sandwiches. Otherwise, not so much.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Theater was packed unless 1/2 hour early. Comedy club was always full but well worth the wait.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Disappointing production shows. Lots of singing, very little dancing. Musicians were entertaining.

Children's Programs

No kiddos but it had super facilities for them.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
High lite of the cruise. Outstanding service above and beyond. Always greeted by crew and by name from MDR team and room stewards. We loved it.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Too many people for Dream to accommodate but enjoyed ship. Easy to get around.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Loved the room with only 1 snafu, toilet would not flush but informed customer service and repaired within an hour. Everything else was super. Would book same room again.

Carnival has got this down right. Carried luggage and off ship at 7:30.
