We were very pleased with all aspects of the cruise. Even though we did run into a few hiccups at times, customer service was very responsive and all was handled extremely well which is why we give the ship, staff, and overall experience an excellent rating. I can't imagine a vacation, especially with 5 people, not having a hiccup here and there. If it's handled well then that's a positive in my opinion.

We were in the Scarlett Dining room and always encountered great service, delicious food presented beautifully and very attentive service. The buffets were wonderful and flavors distinct and not monotonous. Loved the cake bar each day on the buffet. Would like a little more dessert options on the dining menu although I always love your lava cake. Breakfast offered all I could desire for breakfast and done well.
Onboard Activities

crafts, comedy club, piano bar, lobby music, pool side sunning and swimming, casino, arcade, various bars, Camp Carnival, would like to have seen the ship take advantage of more holiday activities onboard like the Grinch, Santa, elves, Christmas decor for the rooms through the Fun Shop, and do a MUCH better job of providing a faith based Christmas service on Christmas Day or Eve, etc at least the first couple of days,
Entertainment

Comedy club was good, but struggled with family oriented comedy. Comedians were good, but the man was just too crude even for late night. There was a country western group that wasn't very good for several nights. Mostly, the Allure strings in the lobby and the piano bar were consistently good quality and appropriate. Would like more areas for dancing that are not teen oriented. Comedy club performers were good, but too crude.

Camp Carnival for our 5 year old was excellent. He enjoyed attending and staff was excellent in dealing with all the variables they had to encounter.

Top rating to our server Christian and matre de Dennis Krpeta - AMD #270244 and our room steward GD. Unfortunately we did not get the ID numbers or full names of our server or room steward. I hope you will know who they are because they did a wonderful job of making our stay extraordinary. Also commend the chefs for great food, flavor and presentation.

Yes, all seemed very clean and well kept. Layout was always confusing to me, but I felt I got a workout walking as much as I did trying to get to where I was going.

Topnotch. Very happy and no complaints. Enjoyed having a balcony and the safety that went into it.

Be sure to hit the cake bar during the lunch buffet! It's fabulous!
Enjoyed our excursion, but were disappointed with the extra time the boat took trying to sell photos which we weren't prepared for. Would have liked the photos, but too costly and didn't have funds with us to purchase and they spent too much time trying to sell them.
Thoroughly enjoyed our excursion there and have in the past. Lots of variety in excursions to choose from and good quality. Beach activity offered beach, ocean, water play blow-ups, food and beverages (additional, but reasonable cost) and convenient transportation between beach and ship with opportunities to explore port.
Timely, well preparred, not exceptional waiting, would recommend not tying up so many elevators for luggage. Allow maybe 2 for passengers instead of only 1 for passengers
