We loved our first cruise. The food, entertainment and boat were more than we expected. We have already booked our next cruise so I think that speaks to how impressed we were with the staff and amenities.

We hadn't sailed with Carnival since 1995 and they seemed to have changed for the positive since then. The ship was beautiful and the staff was beyond excellent in service. Whoever is doing their training has done a wonderful job, as it's obvious that all staff know their mission is to help those that are cruising and make us feel welcomed. The best service I have had from any company in a long time. We've cruised other lines lately but now are Carnival fans again. We will be back. Excellent value for the money too.

It was our first cruise. Fun for all ages. We had a blast.

Despite the cold and rainy weather, we still had a wonderful time on the Carnival Dream. There was always something to do and or eat. I love being with family and making memories.

Our first time cruise was great. Carnival tries hard to make your trip enjoyable. The photographers can be annoying at times, but they take great pictures. The dinner in the restaurants were really great but I was disappointed with $20 extra charge for Lobsters or nice steak. However, the regular menus had good items. The shows were great but I didn't like casino smoking area to be close to the lobby where you can smell the smoke constantly. There are plenty usb connections to the bedside lamps so don't worry about multiple usb plugs. It is helpful to grab better seats near the pool to watch movies. The food is plenty. I liked their desserts. The water stations in Lido deck was plenty, but you would be better off ordering water bottles as they taste better. Overall, I am happy with Carnival, especially the way they managed these cruises with so many people.

This was my first cruise so I have nothing to compare it to but it exceeded my expectations. I really had a wonderful time and look forward to sailing again.

Cruise was good, would have liked more help understanding the sail and sign program and the dining times and locations.

It was a really great cruise! My husband and I are looking forward to cruising again in the future.

This my first but definitely not my last cruise. I had a great time and the ship's staff and crew were amazing. I look forward to sailing with Carnival again soon. Thanks Guys for a great experience.

overall we had an awesome experience. the carnival dream staff are very helpful and friendly. they just need to change in distributing their disembarktion tags just like before that they will just deliver directly to the stateroom

To sum it up, we will never get on this boat again. This was truly a disappointing experience carnival.

Great for a family cruise, lots to eat and do for kids under 10. Teens seemed bored. Unless you drink a lot and over eat, not much for adults either. Found on ship activities to be boring. Food was average, literally impossible to get in a hot tub..which were lukewarm not hot the one time we were able to fine one with space in it for 5 minutes before a little kids jumped in and started play fighting. Other adults remarked the same. Pools were small. This was our 8th cruise, first and last on Carnival. Not impressed. The manipulation of the overall star rating is not reflective of this cruise. It is not a 4. It's a 3 at best

I really enjoyed the whole cruise, I liked the dream, the weather was perfect and the crew was outstanding, I really liked Gary the cruise director, he made every thing so much fun

I had fun overall, but I fear Carnival is going downhill. The room was dusty, the beds small, the balcony chairs rusty and dirty. The ship is old and rusty and dirty. The food selection was not that great and it did not taste that great either. The tours are too expensive. Embarkation was not great but disembarkation was a nightmare experience. Need to update how you do your photo. Take a hint from Disney. Casino was gross. The only highlights were entertainment and some staff that were helpful.

Your cruise is what you make it.. When you get upset you can either stay that way and be miserable or shake it if and find the good... I'd go again...

I enjoyed everything about the cruise. I only wish that had the global entry Lane open for disembarkment. Leaving the ship would have been in the lot speedier!

Don’t go if you want Indian food or vegetarian food! Otherwise, it was a super fun trip!

We had a great time! Would recommend the cruise to a friend. Can't wait to go on another one!

Everyone had fun, but the cruise went over too quickly. We didn't pony up for a WiFi connection for our kids which was a blessing as instead they read books, visited newly made friends, were nice to parents.

It was alright.... JUST alright. The ship is nice but the amenities are not comparable.
