as our first cruise experience, we were very impressed by the service staff that works on the ship (Carnival Conquest). Everyone was just wonderfull in trying to make us feel so welcomed. However, our first experience was a little disapointing. after paying for a three port cruise and been very excited about Jamaica and the Cayman Islands (the main reason for our ship) we only disembarked in Cozumel. We feel cheated of this experience and not completely happy with the cruise

My husband, myself, my elderly mother, and my 18-month-old son took a seven-night cruise to the Western Carribean. We were only allowed off the ship for 10 hours in eight days. Our trip encountered a tropical storm, but, unlike the other Carnival ship, went straight through the storm instead of re-routing. I spent three days stuck in a cabin with a sick mother and baby. The lazzez faire attitude of the staff to people's suffering was appalling. Our family hadn't been on a vacation for three years, and, when I think of all the money we spent to suffer so badly, I really want to cry.

Good service,friendly.kids loved camp carnival.adult pool relaxing and quiet.food was excellent at dinners.ice machines broken or empty alot.shows were good.staff at dinnerwere excellent.slide was my son'sfavorite.ports of call were great.loved cabbage beach,and paradise cove.

Positives: comfortable and clean stateroom; efficient and pleasant stewardess; fun towel animals on bed each night; good balcony; best show "Paris" that we have seen on a cruise. Excellent juggler and magician. Negative: Noise and more noise. No quiet airconditioned location on ship except for the small library. Amplified music in shows drowned out voices of singers. Crowds everywhere. Herded like cattle at embarkation and at evening meals. Many machines out of service (coffee at breakfast, ice, water). Drinking water and fountains scarce throughout the ship. Waiters who could not explain items on the menu (fatoush salad, for instance). Food quality only adequate.

I cruised on the carnival conquest out of Galveston AUG. 29, 2010 on a 7 day Western Carribean cruise.The ship was clean ,rooms were ,great Serivce was excellent.It was like being on a 5 star hotel on water, there were times that I almost forgot I was on a ship although This was my 6 th time cruising with Carnival I did not want it to end

This was our third time crusing on Conquest in two years. We love the great layout and the friendly staff! Would like to have more choice of ports, but everything and every one is so helpful and made our cruise a real vacation..

This was my first cruise and could not ask for more. The time to relax and get away from it all was ideal. Can't wait to do it again.

i have been on this ship 3 times, it is a fun ship, you always see ship personal cleaning, fixing, and general maintain, wich is good, but it seems like to me they wouldnt have so much to do if people wernt so sloppy, sure did see a lot of slobs

Nice layout.

Very clean and fascinating. Our cabin stewards were always happy and helpful. Plenty of little games to be involved in each day for fun.

We had a great time and look forward to our next cruise.

This was my first cruise and maybe the last. I saved up my money for this trip and expected to be greeted with friendly faces and quality service. I felt most of the time was spent waiting in lines and being shuffled from one place to another. Not enough time in the ports. Camp Carnival does not offer children snacks, not even the 2-5 year olds. The hours were horrible if you were wanting any time in the afternoon. It seems to be set up mainly for adults who want to enjoy the evenings alone without children. It seemed like everything cost extra money and the hard-earned money you paid for the trip did not satisfy Carnival. They want you to spend more, more more! Very annoying and disappointing. We made the most of our trip and had a great time on the islands. We will stay at a resort next time. Also, the pools were very small and am curious if they could pass a public health inspection at times. At one point, I think there was 75 people in one small pool.

The Conquest CCL is the cleanest ship I've ever seen. We ate non-stop, the food was delicious- the free drinks could have been better. We loved all the fun activities on board. We did not like all the hidden costs like access to internet, drink gratuities on each drink. Most of the carnival staff were friendly and helpful, out waitress Luh Wawas was wonderful and our drink waiter Heri was great. The only problem was a port CCL worker- older lady- who started yelling at me for not being over a red line by the restroom after waiting in lines for 30 minutes. Great trip - we enjoyed the whole trip. One passenger with us had his wallet stolen on board and security didn't seem to really care and only made a report but did not search at all. The boy lost $320 in cash along with all his id. Wish that could have been handled better. did a super job on booking the cruise and getting the best possible price at such a late date- highly recommend them.

Okay but front desk and wait staff could be more responsive. Menus could be more creative

We have done 10 cruises mostly with Royan Carribean. This was our first Carnival. and WOW.. we are 50 years old and have a 12 year old. The BAND at the pool was so loud we could not talk, think or read or relax. We eventually had to leave the FAMILY pool area and go to the ADULTS pool.. where our son was not allowed to swim!!! The same goes for the BAND in the Casino. Could not even think, relax or enjoy.. so LOUD!!! Why put a LOUD band in a CASINO. keep it in the DISCO!!!!! ALL abit strange.

This was our first time on a cruise and we were impressed by everything. The food was great, the service was awesome. We enjoyed meeting all the crew members and getting to know them and their background and culture. The excursions were great. We look forward to taken a cruise real soon.

The rooms were good, the ship was clean

The cruise director is HOT! I loved everyone's accents. All staff were super friendly!

The ship was very clean and was always being cleaned. I would much rather stay on carnival cruise ship than in a land hotel room.

Dress code for teens " Awful" Food " Awful" Service " Awful" and value for our money " Very Awful " We were ripped off by Orbits as we found out by several other passengers that they paid half of what we did for better accommodations. lol, what a joke!
