as our first cruise experience, we were very impressed by the service staff that works on the ship (Carnival Conquest). Everyone was just wonderfull in trying to make us feel so welcomed. However, our first experience was a little disapointing. after paying for a three port cruise and been very excited about Jamaica and the Cayman Islands (the main reason for our ship) we only disembarked in Cozumel. We feel cheated of this experience and not completely happy with the cruise

Tour guide (Juan) to the ruins of Tulum was excelent and made our trip better with all his knowledge of the mayan culture
Don't Miss: Ruins of Tulum, very interesting

Pros: the service the staff provided

Cons: pay for the three ports and got only one

Recommends Carnival Conquest? Yes!
