What an amazing cruise and the ports we visited were amazing.

We disembarked from the Conquest this morning, following our first cruise. We had the most amazing week and are in awe of the amazing staff we encountered this week. Our CD Mat, Danny (our waiter in the Renoir), Stormie, Robert, and Ham (dream studio photographer) were absolutely phenomenal; just to name a few. We started talking about our next cruise before we ever left. Not only will we be planning a cruise with our children, but we’ll be planning our honeymoon as my now fiancé proposed during our Dream Studio pictures Sunday night, and of course Ham captured it all perfectly. We’ve truly had a cruise to remember. 💕🛳

No more with this ship felt bad for dinning room staff

I was disappointed. I used to encourage others to go Carnival, but for the first time, it felt like a discount, disappointing cruise line. I'm not sure i will risk the expense with Carnival again. This may be the trip that makes me go to another cruise line. From the service, to the maintenance, to the food...Another problem was the Carnival hub app. After working with the desk for an hour, we STILL could not get the chat to function on my phone. It had worked the first 1.5 days, and then nothing. Very frustrating. The charge was credited back to me, but i don't feel it should have been charged in the first place. I have to say i greatly disagree with how my overall rating has been calculated. Because i loved our port and excursion experiences, it gives a 3.5, however, my ship rating would only be a 3 at the most. I feel 2 would be more accurate.

First time cruiser. We had a good time , always had something to do (entertainment) and food to eat. Rough water our entire trip but for our last day so not sure if I’ll be cruising again or anytime soon. Other than that it was great.

I was excited to visit PR and DR for the first time. However I was quite disappointed in both ports of call. The excursion reps lost me and my girlfriend’s excursion passes and all of the transportation vendors inflated their prices. Onboard the ship, the entertainment was horrible and the comics were not funny at all.

I want to give some shout outs to a few people I would like to get recognized. First, Yudi, he was our steward for our room 6450. He was prompt and always had a smile on his face, he always did what we may have asked of him and he always provided. I would love to have given all of our waiters a shout out but did not think to get their names until almost the last night of our cruise. I did happen to get Hasan and Yatish name. They were amazing at their job always made sure we had everything we needed. The coffee shop in the hallway where pictures were set up to be taken and the internet lounge was, was a young man who worked there mostly evening, my husband and I want to give him a shutout for always having a smile and knowing my husband Tyler's name by heart every time he went to get him a double express on ice. I have never in my life witnessed such impeccable service by not just the ones listed but all that worked on the ship. Carnival you have done amazing with your staff. Cant wait to be back, hope to see the familiar faces we got to meet.

Took my sister first ever cruise and she had a ball except for food in main dinning room by day 3 lot of empty seats so not just us

I would recommend this cruise for the duration and ports of call.

This was my 15th cruise and 2nd this year. I enjoyed the time to just relax and people watch. The staff was very friendly and attentive to any desires I had.

Probably wont do this class of cruises again or at least not for awhile. Will do a bigger ship next time with more features and food options. Overall it was a really good cruise and had a good time.

We have been well on over 50 cruises with various cruise lines. Carnival, in my opinion, the best bang for your buck. This was a Ultra Cruise for Casino players and that is where we spend a lot of times. Nice to not have to cook, make beds or clean and enjoy the beautiful blue ocean. This is R&R. Looking forward to our next cruise on NCL 1/2020.

Overall this is one of the best times we have had on a cruise!! Carnival is definitely the fun ship!

Overall the cruise was a blast. All staff were helpful and friendly. All our excursions were a good value and enjoyable. I will definitely be stopping at some of these stops again.

Overall it was good - didn’t enjoy Belize much at all.

Enjoyed the cruise. Ship looked a little tired and could use some redecorating but was comfortable. Food was good and plentiful.
