Probably wont do this class of cruises again or at least not for awhile. Will do a bigger ship next time with more features and food options. Overall it was a really good cruise and had a good time.
Embarkation

Very easy and fast.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Main dining room service was very slow. We barely could make it to the show because it took so long every night. Food was pretty good. I feel they need to change things up a bit and add different dishes for those who cruise alot. It seems to be the same things all the time. Buffets we good. The deli was great but the lines very long.
Onboard Activities

Wish there had been more trivia options.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
I will say the entertainment group on this ship was by far one of the best I have ever seen. We saw the show "Flick" on the Vista and it was terrible and I didnt even go see it on the Valor but so glad I saw it on the Conquest. They did an amazing job and they had true talent.
Children's Programs
Didnt take kids with me
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Our dinner waiter was very nice but the service was extremely slow. He even had 2 assistants and it took forever each night. Our room steward was great. He was super nice and never had to ask twice for anything.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Ship was very nice. I liked the famous painter theme. I will say that you could definitely see where Carnival seems to be cutting back. There would be dirty tables on the Lido for hours at a time. At one point there was one table that everyone kept using to put their dirty stuff on because there was only one person cleaning in that area. It was sad cause the workers are getting worked to the bone more so then normal.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Cabin was good. Balconies need to be cleaned up a bit and maybe repainted but overall it was good.
Ship tip
Do not get rooms on deck 6.. it is right above the show room and atrium. Super loud!
We did the Hummer excursion. Guides were awesome "Starskey" and "Hutch" and then went to the Margaritaville free pool.. would totally do the pool again.
We went with a guy named Nazmi with VI Top Taxi. He took us around the island and to the highest point. It was amazing and I would definitely recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. Find him if you can.
We have been on the Carnival Conquest five times and it is one of our favorite Carnival ships. The bigger ships are just too overcrowded and the staff is overworked
Sounds like a great adventure! We made a similar mistake in picking a cabin once. Now we try to have cabins above us and cabins below us. It doesn’t guarantee no noise (people can stomp a lot) but helps!😏
The Conquest is one of our favorite ships. Didn't care much for the shows but everything else was great. Cabins were very spacious, especially for two. Beautiful ship. Make sure to visit Deck 5, the Sunflower Atrium. Peek into the Bar there. Very pretty. Dinner every night in MDR was absolutely delicious. We had breakfast there every morning also. Did not use buffet as always crowded and don't care for buffets. Lunch we had Guy's Burgers, The Deli, Blue Iguana or Pizza. All very good. Our ports were fantastic. Didn't need to do any excursions as there were things to do right at each port. And we've cruised 9 times so far so did all excursions we wanted to. Love the Conquest and would definitely go again.
