Fast and easy! I read on this site that there is a check in at the airport. This was so much faster!! Thanks so much!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Drinks are always fantastic. Main dining was good, not great. Seafood Shack was unbelievable!! Cost extra but well worth it!! I don’t like buffets in general so I didn’t go there

Onboard Activities

Lots of activities. We were on for Halloween. Did the Halloween dance party. Cross stitching in the lobby. St Jude dancing is always a great time

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

Love the layout of the ship. Ship is older and you can tell. Windows were dirty. Our balcony area was rusty and dirty. Lots of rust on the outside of the ship. When we got off the ship the were painting and cleaning the windows. Wish they did that before we got on. Ship was refurbished 10 years ago. It was the worst out of all the ships we have been on. But we had such a great time we didn’t really care.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our first time with a balcony. We loved it!! We spent more time in the room and balcony than we had thought! Nice size room also.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Port was fantastic. Beautiful scenery. Lots to look at.

Grand Turk Island

Tran ride around the island was cheap $25. Didn’t really see much. “Downtown” is about six shops full on junk. lighthouse was pretty cool but we only got to stay for 10 minutes so could see much at all. Stay at the port, way more to see. And you get to swim right off the port.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

We loved the Conquest when we were on in March. It is an older ship but it is very well kept. We didn’t see the rust and whatever else you saw. Very pretty ship, especially Deck 5, the Sunflower Atrium. Dinners in the MDR every night were absolutely delicious. Had breakfast every morning also as we don’t care for buffets. My daughter and her family had a cabin next to us and the cabin steward was able to connect our balconies making one large balcony for all of us. It was great. Loved all our ports. Had a fantastic time and would definitely go on the Conquest again.

I was wondering the same thing. It was like the more it was liked, the less stars it received.

I was thinking the same thing 🤔

Why so many 1 stars when you seemed to love everything?
