Good first cruise. Would go on another. Wish the drink package was cheaper.

Great time getting back to cruising and traveling. I'm booking our next cruise now for July 2023!

Good experience overall! Don’t expect “Nieman Marcus treatment” - Carnival is the “WalMart of Cruise Lines.”

We enjoyed our family time. Next time, I will go back to RC.

This is a nice cruise, staff is friendly and food is OK. Cozumel is amazing but progreso is not for the faint of heart. If you can only afford 1 excursion do it in progreso or stay at the port shops do not venture into progreso on your own and if you do stay very aware!

Overall I had a great time Lawrence our cruise director was nothing short of amazing. The fun squad have great personalities. As a family I enjoyed going to shows and the dive in movies. Eating pizza and burgers everyday at Guys Burgers shack, and having breakfast tacos. Having dinner together as a family. Walking around different decks. I wish I went to the adult only area and pool but maybe next time. Accommodations for kids with sensory issues was taking care of by Kulture kids with a sensory inclusive bag however they should have enough staff and or staff to handle kids with a disability but I know they tried there best. Gonna miss the good service and hospitality. So thank you again to all crew members.

Very bad start with long lines and very rocky sea! My grown children and grandchildren were on their 1st cruise! They were ready to fly home from Cozamel…

I’ve been on cruises and I was overly disappointed in this one

Went on this cruise with a group of friends to celebrate a members birthday and was the best choice. Highly recommend. Just remember to bring a sweater or jacket in case the weather gets a bit brisk lol

Cruise a lot but first time on Carnival - what I have heard - solid value and great with kids. Solid service and overall good - more time in lines than used to on other lines.

We will probably never do another Carnival cruise after this one. Very dissappointing.

Loved the food in the Main Dining room and the other options around the ship. The Lido desserts were especially beautiful and tasty. We would have enjoyed watching the Astros together but the sound on the pool deck was too loud = 91 on the decibel meter!!

Overall a great experience. Many friendly helpful people wiling to help.

It was ok for the money. This does kind of seem like a Wal Mart of the seas based on the passenger populations and the quality of the food. But the crew and staff were great, and the ship was really clean so it made up for some of the "cons". Would I go on Carnival again? Probably not. This was mostly out of convenience since we live in Texas.

Overall, I would never board this ship in the future given how they scam their guests. While the cruise was well maintained, food was delicious and the activities on board were entertaining, the casino experience left a very bad taste. We were playing on a few slot machines where we would put in money (withdrawn in cash from our bank) and any winnings as a result would be stored away on the sail and sign card. The casino charged us exorbitant amounts of money claiming we charged the room while playing which was definitely not the case. We even asked them to pull up cctv footage to prove our point but the casino manager was stubborn and very unhelpful. If you want 1000s of dollars in charges on your account that you never authorised then this cruise is the place to be

The cruise line is wonderful and the staff are highly trained in providing great customer service in all areas! Will definitely be taking this cruise again in the future to experience what we missed this first time around!

The cruise was a nice vacation. The food was excellent, the shows, the food, the drinks, the crew. Everyone was happy and courteous to each other; at the elevators, the shows. I think the ship's personnel's friendliness was contagious. Good job; Thanks!

Literally the worst cruise EVER!! No staff, food was terrible. The people on board throwing food, fighting, screaming all hours of the night! Playing their loud rap music all hours of the night! Literally OAK CLIFF DALLAS on a boat! If Carnival caters to this type of people they will go bankrupt!
