Review summary

Overall I had a great time Lawrence our cruise director was nothing short of amazing. The fun squad have great personalities. As a family I enjoyed going to shows and the dive in movies. Eating pizza and burgers everyday at Guys Burgers shack, and having breakfast tacos. Having dinner together as a family. Walking around different decks. I wish I went to the adult only area and pool but maybe next time. Accommodations for kids with sensory issues was taking care of by Kulture kids with a sensory inclusive bag however they should have enough staff and or staff to handle kids with a disability but I know they tried there best. Gonna miss the good service and hospitality. So thank you again to all crew members.

Okay process only negative is finding seating for lunch then having to wait for your rooms to open but after that it’s all UP from here

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The main dining room dinner food has no flavor nor heart when made. The food was poor which resulted in having to rush to the buffet area to find something to hold me down. Burgers, tacos, pizza and comfort kitchen were my go to. Speciality dining I ate at the Italian restaurant and I enjoyed the there but my kids Alfredo and the bread was the highlight there for me.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Pools and splash pads for my 4 year old which he indulged in everyday. My 16 year said rock-climbing and gym were okay so that means Good.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
DJ Marcell from Brazil was always keeping whatever party he was at on 100! The musical performances were dope I appreciated the performers and technicians who put in all the hard work. The one Comedy show was funny. Bingo rigged 😉 and karaoke we partake each time.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
My oldest spent time at club 02 with the older kids and was able to meet new people. My 4 year old had the camp ocean option however they were not equipped to handle or redirect Carter. He’s has ASD (autism) and may get distracted by special interest. Picture a self with 5 levels climbing to the top of that self is how he gonna retrieve that item. Solutions take the toys off the high self and put them in the empty cabinets. But it’s seems like other kids were able to enjoying there time there.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Arnalodo was our room steward and he made sure we had what we needed. The bartenders and staff I came across were all helpful and some a little confused about the drink package but every single one of them did an amazing job.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Cleanliness 10/10 Size 8/10 Comfort 7/10 two twin beds pushed together I somehow kept falling in between the two mattresses like a hotdog

Ship tip

Take advantage of all the entertainment, free food and prepared to do a lot of walking but most of all have fun because that’s what it’s about.

We went to a beach resort with food and drinks and enjoyed our stay there.

Progreso (Merida), Mexico

We just walked around downtown kind of disappointed that I didn’t go to the El Negro store. It was just okay and I was able to see the beauty in the town for the short visit.

Disembarkation

Long wait and long lines. I have a child with autism and can get overstimulated by lights, sounds and crowds of people. Wish I knew an easier way we could have avoided some of that process
