Review summary

Overall, I would never board this ship in the future given how they scam their guests. While the cruise was well maintained, food was delicious and the activities on board were entertaining, the casino experience left a very bad taste. We were playing on a few slot machines where we would put in money (withdrawn in cash from our bank) and any winnings as a result would be stored away on the sail and sign card. The casino charged us exorbitant amounts of money claiming we charged the room while playing which was definitely not the case. We even asked them to pull up cctv footage to prove our point but the casino manager was stubborn and very unhelpful. If you want 1000s of dollars in charges on your account that you never authorised then this cruise is the place to be

If you did not have money on your sail and sign card you were charged a cash advance on your credit card card.
