Wonderful service, friendly  staff, very clean accommodations,  and good food! !! I would  take this  trip again  in a heart  beat!!!

Montego Bay drive  from ship to shopping area very unattractive, and people at the craft  market far too aggressive. 

Loved the cruise, it was our first time. Definitely plan on doing it again. I particularly like the staff, all were very friendly. The excursions we booked through the cruise line were great. My wife could not go on one of our excursions and we got a full refund. Loved the Snuba excursion.

I enjoyed every moment  on the Ship. Be aware  of the taxi drivers at the ports. I enjoyed  Nassau, we toured all areas of this port and ate in the local restaurant  with  our new friends 

I have been on 9 cruised in the past 15 years and this was one of the top 3 best cruises that I have taken. Roberto,Artha and John were very good at diner and any other time we saw them on the ship. They were very helpful, kind and considerate. Maria and Devon were the best when it came to our cabin. Always had ice in the bucket for our drinks and always asked if there was anything they could do for us. Very nice. I will keep up with the Breeze and if I see they are going anywhere where my wife and I will like to go, that's the ship we will go on.

1.THE SHIP, ROOM STAFF,  CREW, WAITERS , WERE ALL VERY  GOOD.

2. MY EXCURSION TO TULUM  SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELED BECAUSE IF YOU HAD THE WEATHER REPORT YOU WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT RAIN ALL DAY AND 50 MPH WIND STORM  WE WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH  FOR 45 MIN..IN SMALL BOAT TO GET BACK TO THE SHIP. IF I KNEW WHAT YOU KNEW I WOULD NOT HAVE PUT MY FAMILEY IN THAT BOAT. MUCH TO DANGEROUS IF THE MOTOR FAILED WE WOULD HAVE BEEN ALL KILLED. USE COMONE SENSE.

I CAN'T BLAME YOU FOR THE WEATHER BUT I CAN FOR MAKING A BAD CHOICE.

3. THE GIRLS THAT ESCORTED US WERE VERY VERY GOOD.

My first cruise. Went to Western Cartibean. Loved it. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was kept on the ship. There were always workers cleaning. The dining room staff worked so hard to please us. The food was great. The staff was very friendly. Always something to do. Matt, the cruise director, was great. Very witty. It rained two days but even so our vacation was great. Would like to go maybe in the spring next time, hopefully less rain.

Overall we had a great time.   The service was great and so was the food.  We really enjoyed the comedy shows in the Limelight Lounge and the shows in the Ovation Theatre. Unfortunately, we had 2 days of rain during our time in Cozumel and Grand Cayman which was a bummer.   There were times we felt lost because it had been 13 years since our last cruise. 

There was a party of eight of us that sailed off onboard the Carnival Cruiseline Breeze on Nov 7,2015. For the most part we had a terrific time. We were disappointed in the fact that we all booked under the same person, yet our dinner table arraingements weren't together. So we had different tables and restaurants to go to. We have cruised before on Carnival, we noticed a huge difference in the food, lack of selection, quality not very good. The worse part of our trip was our stop in Jamaica. The excursion we chose was sightseeing the 10 most popular places on the island. 3 out of the ten was the jail! Stopped at a market, was manhandled by the sellers and threatened! The stop and city around if was dirty, unsafe, and the people were horrible. We complained immediately to Carnival, and they just responded, thats the culture. I know alot of Jamaican people, and this is not the culture. I, nr my group will ever step foot in Jamaica again. 

On the night I was to go to be best dress up night.. I could not find anything that would fit. So I didn't go.. Next night I was able to get back into my clothes.. Everything had to much salt...but the famous hamburger was horrible and that is when I blew up.. too much watering down.. Half and Half tasted like watered down milk... I don't like milk in my coffee. So I had to just water down the coffee with water .. was very strong.. that was ok...

I did Zippy line.. it was better then great. Gave them a 10... on a best of 5.. the men that took care of us was the greatest.. I got over heated and they took the best of care of me..

I was told the night I didn't go.. the staff was short and they had a horrible diner that night.. the one guy that dance from our table (waiter) was the best.. the man that took care of my room..hung up all the clothes that I couldn't ware and left on my bed..

Took us forever to get off the ship... Had to many things to carry out.. so I had just the big bag taken down.. so that may be on me.. 

I loved having the balcony.. but that may be only a one time thing.. I would rather go twice a year then just one time.. or even more if I could get good deals for that month. ??? you know.. fill up the empty space.. I am now thinking about the WPB cruise.. 1 day ... two nights.. If I can't get good deals anymore.. that is what I may start doing... we will see.. thanks for your great help.. loved the lady that helped me .. NLR

       A great trip however much patience beyond normal is required for the confusion of loading and unloading passengers . Our luggage was dropped off at 11:30 AM but did not arrive to our cabin until 5:30 PM . I see no excuse for this slow delivery . We sat for 3 1/2  hours after docking before our zone was called allowing us to enter the baggage claim area to look for our luggage . Again this is not right considering our luggage was delivered the night prior to allow them time to organize it . I understand that there were thousands of people , but we have been on many other cruise lines that do this more quickly 

THE CREW AS ALWAYS ON MY CARNIVAL CRUISES WERE GREAT, FRIENDLY AND COURTIOUS.MY WIFE AND I BOTH AGREED WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE BUT WE TALKED TO MANY PEOPLE THAT DID NOT AND SAID THEY WERE DONE WITH CARNIVAL, ONE CLAIMED TO HAVE EATEN SEAFOOD THAT THEY PAID EXTRA FOR AND GOT SICK AND SAID CARNIVAL DID NOTHING ABOUT IT.THERE WERE MORE BUT NOTHING SPECIFIC. MY OWN EXPERIENCE WAS THAT THIS WAS THE BIGGEST SHIP WE HAD BEEN ON TO DATE AND EVEN THOUGH ALOT OF THE ISSUES WE HAD DEALT WITH BEFORE SUCH AS BOTTLENECK OF FOOT TRAFFIC IN CONGESTED AREAS SEEMED TO NOT BE A PROBLEM ON THE BREEZE AS WELL AS BARK/DEBARK AND FOOD OPPORTUNITIES NOT MUCH OF AN ISSUE, MY WIFE AND I EVEN USED A HOT TUB FOR THE FIRST TIME ON ANY OF OUR CRUISES BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TOO POPULATED IN THE PAST.MY TWO COMPLAINTS FOR THE BREEZE WAS I COULD NOT HEAR OR UNDERSTAND ANY OF THE INTERCOM COMMUNICATION FROM THE CRUISE DIRECTOR AND I FELT THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH OPTIONS FOR ACTIVITY/MUSIC ETC  AVAILABLE FROM THE CRUISE DIRECTOR IN OTHER WORDS I THOUGHT THE CRUISE DIRECTOR DID A POOR JOB. MY OTHER COMPLAINT WAS THE SAME AS LAST YEAR FOR THE COMEDY CLUB VENUE NEEDS TO BE IN THE THEATER WHERE THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM,TWICE WENT TO THE COMEDY SHOW ONLY TO FIND NO AVAILABLE SEATING AT ALL AND I WAS A HALF HOUR EARLY.

My title has all to do with the "shopping guide" cost of a book that you are brain washed into thinking is a great thing. At $25.00 you get a book to help you shop on the ports you go into. The jewelry is way over priced, the cost of a pair of earrings in a port costs $600.00 when we got home we found the same earrings for $58.00.

Our very first issue was that we were given the wrong room number, the steward had to do a lot of calls to find out where we belonged.  I have to say our steward was great the whole time we were there. The food was good as long as you get there on time if you miss the lunch time there is only pizza slices for you until 6pm.

Not a family cruise unless you plan to dump your kid off in the kid rooms, the lido deck was not family friendly until 10pm which is past our son's bedtime.

Pools were gross and smelling  due too much chemicals. That could be because if you walked the decks after 10pm you would happen upon sex in all pools and hot tubs. GROSS And I may say employees watching as they are" cleaning the bar tops" 

Never again!     

First time cruisers! Loved every minute of it! Food, entertainment. Activities.. All fantastic! Its making me say more so...the cruise director Matt?? Totally awesome! I wish I got a picture with him..

The Carnival Breeze was just okay for us since we've been on several cruises...We loved the modern decors, the spacious stateroom...but we thought the atrium was small and the swimming pools very small for 3000+ passengers. But we had a great time.

Carnival Breeze is an awesome ship, however, the embarkation process in Miami is nothing less than disgraceful.  If you are traveling with anyone who has a disability or a small child in a stroller expect to be treated like dirt!!!  The so-called "guest reps" are RUDE beyond imagination and not very knowledgeable about procedure.  We were sent to 5  areas before we FINALLY got to board.  We didn't even have the opportunity to get an embark group picture due to the employees that did not have a clue what they were doing.  With a passenger on oxygen ( which got low during all this mess) and a screaming 4 year old and a wet baby who was hungry while we were shuffled around again and again - it pretty much RUINED our first day and part of the second.  Everyone was stressed, mad, irritated and had a big headache.  GET IT TOGETHER MIAMI - your employees are awful!!!!  We were even yelled at by an "old man" calling himself a "guest rep" to MOVE IT!!!!!!  We basically told him to GO TO------!  NEVER again will we sail out of Miami and we will think twice before even booking Carnival again.  By the way - getting a shuttle after the cruise was a night-mare too  - just saying!!!  Good luck if you sail out of Miami.

This was not the most pleasant our 20+ cruises over the past 18 years. The room was very warm and when reported we got minimal response, no follow-up, and spent the mornings and afternoons out of the cabin, and nights sleeping on top of the bed covers. The rear deck pool was overly crowded and by mid afternoon the pool water was dirty and cloudy. The rear deck was too hot to walk on with bare feet, and only two umbrellas for over 100 deck lounges. Excursion waiting areas were over crowded and some had no signage for which trip was which. Our traveling companions had their rented wheel chair stolen from the hallway, and we still haven't heard if it was ever recovered. There were other customer service issues that could have been handled in a more positive manner. I cannot honestly call this the cruise from hell though because the dinner service and our waiters were fantastic, and were rewarded generously from us for their superb service. The menu and the food were spot on. Two of our 3 scheduled Carnival excursions were very enjoyable and done in the way we are used to Carnival doing. I had no issues with BJ travel and the way they set up the travel arrangements.

Cruise full of activities which all were good food was fine. I lost my diamond and guest services was good about following up on it. But thought could have been a little more helpful. Also Friday evening towards the end of the cruise the ship was very rocky due to storm in the area and I fell in my room hurt my knee and foot. Went down to medical area the medical assistant took my info and vital signs and ask what happened. I told him. He went to speak with the doctor. The doctor said he was on a 2 hour break. To come back in two hours. I was so upset by that comment. I was in to much pain to go back. The assistant did get me a wheelchair. I did have wheelchair assistance. when I got home went to the doctors office. Had x-ray done . I have 2 broken bones in my foot. So I am very disappointed In the doctor that was on the ship.

Although we were not thrilled with the La Romana port, the other ports were awesome.  Unless you take an excursion, there is really nothing at La Romana unless you want to go to the city for shopping which is very stressful due to the aggressive vendors. The prices are overpriced on the trinkets and you can find almost identical items at the other ports for much less. Despite that, the trip overall was fantastic and the food was very good. The service was excellent and i would recommend my family to go on this Carnival cruise (as long as i could go too). :)

this ship was cheap as far as they didnt have as nice food like other ships and no chocolates on our pillows at night. and like they wantted to charge extra for stuff that is covered on other ships. 

We had a wonderful cruise from start to finish! Working with Pam @ made the whole thing so simple! Loved Grand Cayman & Cozumel! Jamaica was fun but nothing to write home about. The ship is beautiful & very clean. Staff were wonderful & very accommodating even at dinner(13 in out party)! Only negative thing I can think of is leaving the ship on the last morning was a little unorganized...Had us waiting in lounges & theaters where no announcements could be heard. I am sure they will work it out with a few more runs! AGAIN WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME!
