Review summary

1.THE SHIP, ROOM STAFF, CREW, WAITERS , WERE ALL VERY GOOD.

2. MY EXCURSION TO TULUM SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELED BECAUSE IF YOU HAD THE WEATHER REPORT YOU WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT RAIN ALL DAY AND 50 MPH WIND STORM WE WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH FOR 45 MIN..IN SMALL BOAT TO GET BACK TO THE SHIP. IF I KNEW WHAT YOU KNEW I WOULD NOT HAVE PUT MY FAMILEY IN THAT BOAT. MUCH TO DANGEROUS IF THE MOTOR FAILED WE WOULD HAVE BEEN ALL KILLED. USE COMONE SENSE.

I CAN'T BLAME YOU FOR THE WEATHER BUT I CAN FOR MAKING A BAD CHOICE.

3. THE GIRLS THAT ESCORTED US WERE VERY VERY GOOD.

Well Carnival would have refunded if booked through Carnival. Lol. But either way it wasn't on Carnival to cancel since they don't operate the excursions. I hate when people have no personal accountability and just want to blame someone else. Weather reports are available to all people on the cruise not just the staff. Sometimes you have to seek or ask.

Why didn't YOU cancel when you looked outside and saw it was raining? Carnival would have refunded your money then and there. I say this one was on you. We did Tulum 10 years ago in the rain, wasn't so bad we didn't enjoy it. Of course, they operated the tour in the rain: it's how they support themselves. No tour, no income.

Yet another one expecting something in return. If booked thru cruise line could have asked for refund... Outside of cruise line your sorta out of luck
