We chose Princess because they offer music geared towards the older generations, more than other cruise lines, and they didn't disappoint us. I would go on Princess again just for this reason alone.

Medallion app worked OK. Some features never worked like the daily activities. Ordering drinks and food worked most of the time and was relatively quick. However, on sea days, the app seemed to be overwhelmed and would crash. Overall, enjoyed the cruise and would sail on this ship again when needing a quiet vacation and time to relax.

I have waited years to do a princess cruise, believing it to be the a top line cruise. I was so disappointed. I have cruised at least five other lines, and although it was better than Carnival, it was not the luxury I expected. I will probably not choose Princess again, when I have other choices. It was like they did the bare minimum in every way. It was like a Carnival cruise at a Princess price.

Upon arrival in my room my shower curtain had red and pink mold. The cabin steward apologized and said he would change it tomorrow. I tipped him and said I need that done now. When I woke up the first morning I kept smelling something horrible. The duvet was covered in feces.

We really enjoyed the cruise overall. I know service was slow in main dining room and sometimes a line to get in even though we had reservations. Probably some staff shortages. Overall it was good

overall, I love cruising.....however, princess has gone downhill

Poor COVID sanitation. Masks were not encouraged in theater. Minimal hand washing in buffet. Reuse of tongs in buffet.

We were originally booked on an Alaskan cruise and could not obtain air to Seattle. We are happy we took this Cruise to celebrate my birthday. We had a great time and the ship and the staff were just wonderful. Thank you to everyone.

I was really impressed with the staff on this ship. They were very attentive and accommodating. I was really disappointed in the way the passengers acted. Many were incredibly rude to the staff over minor issues.

My husband and I were celebrating out 15th wedding anniversary and our first trip without kids in 5 years! We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the cruise. We went into the trip realizing that all ships are having staffing issues and understood that there may be some things that were different. Masks were recommended but not required by passengers but mandatory for staff. I would say about 20% of guests wore masks. We were very impressed by the wonderful service we were given. I was sad to hear other passengers grumble about "the little things" and not take current times into account and offer a little grace.

Toilet didn't work last 2 days of cruise. No apology just we're working on it. This is NOT the princess of old. The food was very bland in the dining room and buffet was okay.

The ship experience is what it is all about especially since we have been to all the islands too many times.

I love Princess and their laidback atmosphere. There were more college kids onboard than usual, so I was surprised by that. I like the older crowd. I loved anytime dining and meeting new people at every meal.

We had both handicapped and find Princess very helpful in that. We loved our trip with a couple of complaints about comfort of our room and the service in bars and clubs. We learned to watch where our room was located regarding ash residue as it made it difficult to enjoy our balcony. This is our second Princess cruise and we found that corporate and booking office was next to impossible to contact, so we would hesitate to rebook with this line until they get that fixed.

Although it began with a reminder that the ocean is a powerful entity, the waters became more & more calm as we neared our first stop at St. Kitts. And as we arrived we were greeted by an awesome rainbow hello. St. Thomas was as good as we remembered, with a welcome laid-back vibe that was immediately calming as it was refreshing. Grand Turk Island, though sporting but 7 square miles, was a blast, perfectly befitting as a final stop before heading back. All told, even with the reminders of how big and powerful the Atlantic Ocean can be, this was one of our top 3 cruises.

The cruise was excellent and we would certainly cruise with Princess again. Unfortunately, our cabin location was moved by the cruise line. We were pretty bummed out about this as the original cabin location is what sold us on the cruise. We contacted the cruise line to see if we could get moved back but they would not budge. We did not put up a fight....just disappointed.

Good experience except for having to wear useless masks.

The open deck areas floors by the pools are filthy of mold, the kids water splash park was not working, the restroom showers are extremely small, I wish they stopped at one more location in the seven days, only three beach days is little, food was good, Expensive beach excursions for a very short beach time of two hours. I wish the kids could have more to enjoy. There was only a small "tree club" with a few toys.

Great time, good people. It was an all-around great trip.
